I stayed here for two nights for work. This hotel is located in Tampon town and close to eateries, banks, shops, and bus stations. The main mall and pump station are also within walking distance or 2 minutes drive. The hotel lobby was awful. Rooms were large, clean, air conditioned, flat screen, free wifi and a phone. The bathroom is also large and has hot water. There was no fridge or kettle available. Despite these large and clean, the furniture and to are extremely disorganized. To was placed on a wall bracket below eye level, which makes me uncomfortable to watch from the couch. One could strain everyones neck if one continued to watch the to. The arrangement could be improved, and I hope the hotel can utilize the spacious space in the room. Overall, excellent location, lots of restaurants nearby, and nice accommodations. I could come back here again except to watch to.

Cleanliness 15 locations 45 facilities 25 services 05 checked in on february, 2019, but only stayed from february 1 to February 30. The first night was well because the room was kept tidy. Nonetheless, came back one evening at 11:30 p. M. The receptionist night responsible told me that I would need to notify them by rp each day if we needed housekeeping. Wait what? We should tell them that we actually need housekeeping? Is this a hotel or a hostel! I never told him that no one told us at check-in time because the lady was busy with many customers in line. She only collected the money and handed us the key. So, how would we know if we need to inform reception? Eventually he argued that this is not a five-star hotel and that I should know what to do. He told me that I had stayed in hostels of five, four, three, and two. Although it was obvious that he was wrong, I was not questioned about it. I requested the day shirt manager. Again, I challenged him where are the terms and conditions that stated as such. The other two were like talking to a stranger, which was the first time I've ever encountered a hotel with a 5-star hotel. I questioned him what the circumstances were, and that I should know the hotel's rules

This was our first time staying at your hotel, it was also our first day on a trip for family and also business. The facilities are beautiful. Staff was polite and the new room was amazing, really nice, wifi speed very fast. I will recommend this hotel to others who have business trips.

We stayed for one night and arrived before midnight. It's very bright because it is in the city's heart. So it's safe for both single people and women to travel with. There are a number of food stands and supermarkets close by, so finding essentials is very convenient.
