I would especially strongly suggest that the management maintain a good service and provide all the necessary things in each room and should also keep the rooms very neat and clean so that in the future they can develop well their hotel. In summary the hotel has a good name but fails to meet our expectations. They were unable to book the hotel earlier due to the sudden vacation. But our cousin and I were forced to book this hotel only for 2 nights and 3 days. The facilities were not that great, and we were all utterly disappointed with the poor cleanliness that the management maintains. Because the bathrooms weren't kept clean, and the bathroom door in my room was leaking, which made us all uncomfortable, and we weren't happy to remain at such a location, but we were all out of options.

Ive visited Casa before and was satisfied with the complete service and room. Based on my first positive experience, I chose to bring the family this time. Other than the cleanliness was still top level, the rest were i.. In fact, it was too cold that I could not sleep. I tried to control the temperature, but I believed it had been set centrally by the hotel. Too cold, particularly during the raining season. Breakfast has a very limited selection, and the refill process was quite slow given that there are many guests in the room. Compare this to other large hotels, but I wish the doorman at that time could be more proactive and offer quicker assistance to guests with bags, especially during this wet season. Make people feel the money spent is worthwhile ok.

I just checked out of Casa Royale Pecan. What I can say is that everything was excellent. Customer service, room, view, and a pleasant stay from the bellboy, receptionist, restaurant stay, for whom I remember their name, awful, happy, marriage, like Marty, etc. Not to mention your go, a Bahamian who greets my family at breakfast. We tried their lunch, santa peeing, breakfast, and room service, everything was good. Our room faces the river, which is a nice pool. I'll definitely come back one day. My family enjoys a happy stomach here. Thank you to the entire casa royale team. Keep up the good work.

I am very glad to be able to stay in this place for the future. The room is very spacious and modern. The facilities are very nice, such as the swimming pool and gym, but it is not so impressive at all in terms of the quality of the food. The porridge served for breakfast was very watery, and he didn't give any action even though I constantly told the staff, so it was too watery. Despite they continued to go back and forth, I hope this section will get better.

Spent two days at this friendly but mostly empty hotel relaxing. They have a nice pool which I had to myself. Get a river view room, it's a much nicer view. If you are there on a Sunday there is a great food market in the evening. Restaurant prices in the hotel are fair and the food seemed decent.
