I had a nice stay here. Very comfortable. I was impressed by the employee's efficiency and friendliness. The breakfast choices in the nearby cafes are good. I didn't try the breakfast there because there were so many customers there. Would be nice if we could provide a comfortable seating area for visitors.

I'm not going to lie in the slums, but when the check-in process was finished the room was clean and there was a refrigerator which was fantastic. The view was breathtaking because the birds fly at night. The staff was friendly and happy to be at this hotel. Definitely going to keep this as a favorite.

Everything is great. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room and the facilities are good. Recommended for budget travelers. The location is close to the city of Tell Incan and it is easy to search.

The location is very strategic for a very strategic location for the hotel. And then, there's the amazing view from the lobby, and then they didn't provide all the amenities except for the shower towel, toilet roll, and small shampoo. After that, the ceiling of the toilet got a bad smell and fungus. Besides that, the water flow wasn't working well. Finally, they could not wash the water all night.

Since my last time visit in Tell Incan, my accommodation has never been particularly excellent. Bali's arson was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. Excellent hotel, modern, and clean. Rooms are spacious, nice furnishings, great air conditioning, and nice staff. Although we didn't try it, it was very well received. A few coffee shops and noodles shops are across the street and around the corner, making this a quick decision for future tours to town. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable stay. Staff is efficient and friendly. Nearby coffee shops have good options for breakfast. I have not tried the food at the downstairs cafe, which saw a lot of customers. It would be better if can provide a good seating area for guests.

A modern tower building on the outskirts of the town where I stopped on my way to the Cameron hills. It seemed to be geared towards business travelers. Good rooms and efficient service. Everything worked fine. No onsite restaurant, but breakfast ordered the night before was delivered to the room. Within driving distance of a shopping center and town. Arguably a little pricey compared to average Malaysian prices.

This location is close to the Tell Incan city center but only 10 minutes' drive to all the restaurants and attractions. This place has 1 private garage and 2 double beds. The condition of the rooms is very nice. The gate to the garage was also double locked.

We reserved a double room and another single room with a king-size bed. The rooms are small but well-kept, clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Sop was strictly adhered to. This hotel is located near the city center and it's not difficult to move around.

I can tell incan has been a while since my last visit, and on subsequent visits, the lodging has never been particularly excellent. The arrival of the arson in Bali was a rather unexpected and welcomed surprise. Excellent hotel, modern and clean, with spacious rooms, nice furniture, great air conditioning, and friendly personnel. We didn't try the on-site cafe, but it was well received, as well as a few coffee shops and noodles shops across the street and around the corner. A simple choice for future town trips. Highly advised.

I recently chose this hotel to tell incan since it is fairly recent and well-received. We arrived on a very hot afternoon. We were escorted into the room to the floor and we had to remove our shoes and place them on the shelves next to the staircase. The hotel rooms have no shoes. To be fair, I wasn't particularly accustomed to that. There was no lift so we had to transport our bags up the stairs. It's a two-story bungalow transformed into a hotel. It has both charms and inconveniences. Our room 7 was quite hot when we checked in. We switched on the aircorn. After minutes, the room was still very warm. We called the personnel. She came up and assisted us to adjust the aircorn switch to the appropriate mode and asked us to allow it a while for it to cool down. The room still felt warm after a few minutes. We called again. The manager appeared and explained that they had checked and there was no technical problem with the air conditioner in the room. It's just that the outside temperature was high, and his staff should have turned on the aircorn earlier to let the room cool before we arrived. He was patient and pleasant. I inquired about other rooms. Could he give us another room that the air conditioner was working better? He showed me another standard room with very similar aircorn vents. It s

I can say that the hotel team has done a good job and I hope that they keep it for as long as possible. This is my family's hotel, but this one makes an exception. The room is modern and clean. The bed and pillow are comfy. The staff is very kind and helpful. Those were my family's accommodations. We stayed in a family suite, with two king-size beds and two interconnecting bathrooms.

The hotel's lobby is good, but when you enter the room, there are no amenities but there are two shower towels, one toilet paper, and two small shampoo. No side table, and no place to put luggage. The toilet ceiling was stained with fungus and a foul odor. Water supply is slow, and it is impossible to wash. The entire night, we are hearing water dripping inside the toilet! What a terrible hotel provider!.
