Tempat nya okay sesuai dengan harga, pelayanan nya baik, ada kulkas dan microwave namun agak kotor. Ada setrika dan dispenser di setiap lantai jadi bisa isi ulang. Lingkungan sekitar sangat bagus, di sebrang ada lapangan basket dan taman kecil untuk anak. Disekitaran ada berbagai macam restoran (mahal dan murah), dekat dengan minimarket, dan apotek. Ada semacam food court juga, makanannya enak2, setiap 1 minggu sekali ada semacam pasar malam di area tersebut jadi bisa makan food street. Hotel dekat dengan bus station. Dengan berbagai keramaian tersebut namun lokasi tetap nyaman dan tenang, tidak bising walaupun disebelah ada hangout bar. Kamar akan dibersihkan 2x sehari by request only. Tidak ada lift jadi untuk orang tua agak cape naik 4 lantai.Popular Facilities
