Absolutely first class. Very helpful and accommodating staff when I came, and always cleaned the room at the same time every day to a very high standard. The facilities they had were also excellent too and I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to go there to book now!

We like the spacious suite room, very comfortable with a small fully equipped kitchen. Bed is comfortable and place is clean. 2 pools one rooftop infinity pool where the breakfast is served and the indoor pool with steam and sauna , though small was very relaxing after a full day of walking. The buffet breakfast is lovely with full breakfast. Overall happy with the stay and location.

We had an exceptional vacation and enjoyed the facilities and location. My one suggestion is to ask for an inside room instead of facing the street as it can be noisy. Certainly not the hotel’s fault. The rooms are clean, modern and well designed. The front desk responded to our every need within minutes. The outdoor pool and loungers were busy but we always managed to get one. The indoor pool was warm with full access to the steam room and shower. The SPA was reasonably priced and the treatment(s) were great. (Message, reflexology and red light) The cafe on the main floor is very reasonably priced, spotless and again the service was great. The gym features new equipment, always available. The location is walking access to the ferry, hundreds of restaurants with awesome views and good shopping including groceries if you chose to eat in. My only concern is that I left my prescription eye glasses behind and the hotel has confirmed they have them but I haven’t been able to get them to confirm they are mailing them to me. Totally my fault but need confirmation that they have been sent.

Room and facilities were clean, hotel was easy to find and access with local transport links, breakfast was an excellent buffet with plenty of hot and cold options, and staff were always friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay very much!

I had a great stay at Grand Suites Hotel from May 19th to 26th. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to get around and explore Malta during the stay. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and offers excellent facilities that made the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout the entire stay, always helpful whenever needed. Overall, this is definitely a hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting Malta, whether for a short trip or a longer stay. I would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic hotel. We’ve stayed in Malta for 12 years and this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. For a young family of 4, the rooms, breakfast, indoor pool, staff and general ease of getting about were excellent. Saw a couple of UK celebrities too. If we had to pick fault, the rooftop pool was too cold for the kids to enjoy, but the indoor pool made up for it

Got upgraded to 1 bed apt which was spacious and had everything you could need. One of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen and lovely spa with indoor pool. Beautiful view from top floor pool, but pool itself is slightly to cold and shallow for swimming. Only downside of the hotel is the location, which had a lot of construction and traffic noise including car horns from the early morning. Recommend the hotel but bring earplugs to sleep in!

Superbe hotel, chambre tres spacieuse avec un lit grand et confortable. Magbifique vue depuis la piscine sur le rooftop. Les jacuzzis, la piscine interieure chauffee et sauna hammam vraiment un plus. Excellent petit dejeuner avec grand buffet a volonté, large choix ! Tres bon emplacement
