This hotel is situated in an industrial area of Estado de Mexico, north of Mexico City. On a work trip, I was here. Excellent, welltrained, and courteous personnel are employed. Every day, the front desk assisted me in getting a taxi to work. When I was finished with work, I would call the hotel and request a taxi to send me back to the hotel. The hotel restaurant serves excellent meals. I never developed a sick condition from eating at the hotel or any other nearby eateries. The hotel is conveniently located in a commercial area with close restaurants, Starbucks, banks, chili, excellent el globe pastry store, a theater, and palmar close by. Walking around here is exceptionally safe. The motel serves as an outdoor pool and gym. My needs were met. Except when eating or drinking, when I was there in November 2021, you had to wear a mask inside every business, use the hand sanitizer dispenser, and a few businesses take your temperature. Ill stay at the fiesta inn Cuautitlan if I return to this area for business.

The bed and bathroom are absolutely great. But no AC, but the room is very loud when some people are in the hallway. Maybe it was just a bad night, but people were so loud until late night and started again early morning.

I really like this experience. Great timing, facilities and a really nice lobby and garden. Garden is perfect place to take a good picture. The pool is small so if you go with your family you probably need all of the space.

I've always had good expectations for the fiesta inn and the Cuautitlan fiesta inn was very perfect. It is close to where I meet and has everything I need right away. This is not my first time staying here but it is my first since Couid. I feel very safe and the hotel is clean.

Ive stayed at this place many times for work. The staff is very attentive, and the rooms are quite large and well kept. The beds are comfortable. Food and beverage service is excellent. Excellent workout facilities.

When you're searching for a place to stay in Mexico City, this is simply the best option. The room has any convenience you can wish for, including the greatest free minibar. We didn't touch much of it while we were there because we were eating out so much, but we took a few snacks home with us and immediately regretted not clearing out the minibar every day they restocked. Don't sleep on Anatoly, which serves the best cocktails we have ever had anywhere in Mexico and food that rivals most highend restaurants, including Pull. The last but not least, the service here was impeccable, with a perfect balance of polish and warmth, as well as attention to detail. You will be well taken care of here.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you'd expect from a hotel in a big city. Nighttime noises were heard, but nothing really annoys anybody. The hotel is clearly not aimed at non-Spanish speakers because none of the staff spoke or attempted to speak English at all. However, not much to ask. One more thing may just be my perspective on how the hotel felt a bit unsafe. This is probably my false impression. I dont understand why the receptionist had to be behind the glass window. The restaurant also appeared strange.

The WYATT REGION MEXICO CITY is strategically located across from the chapultepec park in Poland and offers luxury and comfort steps from where you need to be. This is my second visit to the WYATT REGION and my second stay there. I will definitely be back.

Overall, it's perfect for business trips, quick access to the highway if you have meetings out of town, and about 50 minutes to the airport. The rooms are nice, the pool and gym are great, the restaurant has no personality but great food.

The facilities and service of this hotel are very nice. The breakfast is not worth it, the breakfast is very simple and expensive. But there is a starbucks near the hotel. The taxi driver who rides in front of the hotel is on a yacht. Choose another option if you want to go to the pyramids. If the driver is Luciano or Ivan, don't enter.

I highly recommend this place. The service provided here is very impressive. The food provided here is also good. I was also helped by the receptionist who gave me a booking extension.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly and professional. The location of this hotel is very central on Tanjungatla, it is great for business and family vacations.

A friendly hotel that has a small size but also has great facilities. The room is big and the location is good, and the service is excellent. It has a restaurant on the roof. But the gym is small but well furnished. Just have free coffee and water in the lobby.

My first time visiting Mexico City, I had a wonderful experience there. My expectations were subpar, like never happened at a US hotel before. So much to my surprise, I am returning to this place.

They provide good cleaning in the rooms. The employee called bellhop, check-in, maid, waitress, and valet, and they also spoke good English. We will stay here again.

Although a reliable hotel for business travelers, it is nothing special. The restaurant staff is a touch slow and has limited English, but they're still very good. The rooms are good sized and come with nice finishes, but could use a bit of cleaning. The breakfast buffet includes a nice selection of traditional Mexican breakfast entrées, as well as the evening options that have good variety and are prepared fairly well. A kiosk provides Starbucks coffee, small snacks, and drinks. The rooms could use some more soundproofing. I have stayed on both sides of the hotel, and it is very loud. I'm also unsure if walking around the area is especially safe, particularly at night.

In terms of location and price, Andrea and his team did a great job in assisting us in meeting our needs. Andrea and her team assisted us in finding the perfect room and location. In the end, the house was damaged by a storm.

Wow what a wonderful hotel! This is the best hotel in Mexico! Thanks to Victor, Jessica, Angelica, and Pilar, we were made to feel at home right away! They went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Thank you Victor for the dinner recommendations. The rooms are spectacular with wonderful balconies, comfortable beds, wonderful views, and are tidy, and breakfast is included! It is a true 10 star hotel, and we anticipate returning in a few months!.
