Magnifique hôtel, chambres spacieuses avec belle de décoration. 2 piscines agréables, parking sur place. Une très belle adresse.

Perfect location - not far by bike or cab to the beaches. Lots of sargassum on the beach when we went so we’re happy not to be staying by it. Close to town. Very safe area. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and big. Pool is great fun. Breakfast each day (included for us) was excellent. Would stay here again for sure. Cabs cost about $20/$25USD to beach or town but you ride a bike (free) or walk.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Orders made from scratch. The fruit was freshly cut and not from frozen or refrigerated. Pool areas a cabanas were also clean.

Great location and amenities. Two fantastic pools, onsite restaurant with great staff and food. Delicious breakfast with lots of options in the morning. Kid friendly, our son made some friends and had a nice time. Free bike rentals offered by the hotel, yoga classes etc. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you!

Everything about this hotel was great!! Quick check in. The rooms were lovely and clean. The property and grounds were beautiful. Staff was excellent. The breakfast was excellent along with the dining staff.

TLDR: save yourself some money and headache and stay here, do not fall for the trap of staying in the beach. Moreover, Jesus and Amay make your stay extremely easy, comfortable and enjoyable. Truly top tier ! My stay at kimpton aluna was perfect. Everyday i enjoyed a light breakfast as part of the buffet we paid for. You can order off the menu if you’re hungry but I never felt it necessary. From there, you can take one of the bikes on sight (complimentary) and go visit the local sights like the beach, the tulum ruins, the national park or the amazing dining options. Everything is within a 20 min walk (max) or 10-15 min bike ride. You can also rent a scooter if you find that convenient, but walking and biking will be your best friends while you’re here. If you’d like nice dining options, there’s something for every meal around the hotel. The food scene in the area is really top tier. If you’d like to go on local adventures, highly recommend you work with Jesus/Amay to book a trip to Chicen Itza using the Easy Tours agency they work with. It was nice and well worth the price. Any other service you may need here (like airport shuttle) is also easiest if you go through Jesus and Amay, they’ve got the hookup. 15 out of 10 stay, tx staff! As far as the room, pool facilities, really really top tier. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Do NOT waste your money to stay on the beach, you’re not gaining much value and in fact are losing service in exchange for a so so view.
