Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. However i had reserved two rooms with two king beds and i ended up with one room having with two queen beds. Not a big deal though. We made it work. I did wish there was a fridge in the room.

20 minutes from airport early in morning. Not much arorund. Good Beer garden in Hercules, also 20 min. Hotel could use better lighting in bathroom and hot water slow and I quit trying. All in all I would stay again because of closeness to airport and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Very ‘barebones’ rooms and lobby, but very clean. New, modern bathroom. No hot water on the morning I left. Taxi drivers have no idea where it is ! No food in the hotel or area.

Excellent staff. A good, clean, rural place to overnight not too far from QTO airport, in between airport and city. The hotel is very close to a gas station.

The hotel was infested with mosquitoes and I got bitten several times throughout the night. The elevator is old and very slow. Customer service were not helpful. I was given a room with a water leak on the ceiling. The location is not good. Unable to get food delivered to the hotel due to the location.

The hotel itself was beautiful with brand new furniture, brand new floors, etc. the problem is….. it’s function as a Hotel was very poor! The water pressure in the shower was basically a trickle, there were only two bath towels… no hand towel, no wash cloths, and no bathmat towel to keep from slipping on the bathroom floor. the bottle of water for the coffee maker was not replaced. I picked up the phone on the nightstand to call the front desk and no one answered The purpose of being a hotel is to FUNCTION like a hotel not just LOOK like a hotel. I will not be staying there again on my next trip to Querétaro!!!
