Magnfique hôtel à côté de la plage et la 5eme avenue. La chambre est très spacieuse avec un salon.L’emplacement est top proche de tout en plein centre. Bon resto à côté. Rooftop avec piscine au top. 10/10.

My stay was ten nights. I opted for the extra space and facilities of a Suite. The rate was very competitive rate. It provided excellent “bang for buck”. The hotel was very responsive to all my message sent via the “Contact the Hotel” feature in hotels.com. My check-in was handled very quickly and efficiently. During my stay I always found the front desk staff very helpful and extremely friendly. My suite was huge. The first room had a sofa and a hide-a-bed. The kitchen was large and equipped with a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Also, ample dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, and even washing-up liquid, and table and chairs for 4. The bedroom was large and included the sink area. The bathroom was a bit small. Two sets of towels were provided and were changed as often as I requested. There was also a large strong box which held all my electronics and documents. The buffet breakfast included instant coffee, pastry, cereal, and fruit. The eating area is quite small so I just took things to my room and brewed my own coffee there. The bed was firm but I found the pillows to be too big and too firm. The pool area is not huge but never crowed. The water temperature was perfectly cool. The QM also allowed my brother to visit every day so that we could hang out by the pool together. My only complaint was the very low water pressure in the shower. The hotel is close to Ave 5, and also to Playa 28 which we thought was one of the better beaches.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The cute front facing room was awesome. Very clean. Staff was so nice. Made me feel like I was home. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

El hotel es muy bonito y esta muy centrico a una calle de la 5ta avenida, la cama comoda, el cuarto muy grande, con su balcón. El baño amplio y cómodo y los productos como shampoo, jabón y acondicionador, deliciosos. Nuestra habitación contaba con mini refrigerador y utensilios básicos de cocina. Lo único que puede ser molesto, enfrente hay un bar con música muy alta, aunque el cuarto tiene buen aislamiento y te proporcionan tapones para los oídos.

My daughter and I just returned from our stay at this lovely quaint hotel. Our first room there was gorgeous with a large balcony, but it faced a club across the street that was incredibly loud. After our first night, I asked Pamela at the front desk if there were any other available rooms that might be quieter. She immediately found us another room and we promptly moved. The staff here go above and beyond and the location is superb. Thank you again Pamela you made our stay great!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, mit einem kleinen grünen Innenhof. Das Zimmer war in tadellosem Zustand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist eher praktisch mit kleiner Auswahl, aber es gibt gute Cafés in der Umgebung. Die Gegend ist super. Man kann vor der Tür parken und vieles zu Fuß erkunden. Es ist eine der ruhigeren Straßen von Playa del Carmen. Auch wenn gegenüber gefeiert wurde, haben wir nicht viel davon mitbekommen. Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 12 Jahre) angereist. Die beiden waren begeistert vom Pool auf dem Dach :).

The hotel staff were very accommodating. Helping pay for our car parking, offering very good restaurants to eat at and keeping the place clean. We had a bottle of wine in our room upon arrival and daily cleaning service. Yes, there is a bar off La Quinta Avenida that plays loud music in the evening, but this is part of staying in the area. We didn't find it bothersome at all. Great location. Highly recommend!
