This is the best place if you don't have a pre-package. They also serve breakfast if you want it. The room is very comfortable and comfortable with a ventilation system, a shower, and more. They also provide cheap prices. They also help you reserve Jeep safaris and other activities. also for bus ride back.

The hospitality was very satisfying. Thank you for your service, especially the welcome drink for the Hibiscus. The pool facilities were nice and well maintained too. In my opinion, it was a unique experience to stay in a well-furnished luxury tent with a cool interior. I didn't feel that the outside would be humid. Because of the monsoon, Jeep safaris were not permitted in the national park but I could see practically anything. The cuisine was outstanding. The Nepal thali was excellent. The cocktails were tastefully made. Nice and tidy. The pool was well-kept. Recommended for a trip with families.

First of all, I love having a good experience when staying in the city of Sarah in China. I was fortunate to see a wild rhinoceros walking on the street. Very satisfying and comfortable stay. Recommended for a budget friendly room with homemade food.

Very rewarding stay with a tasty meal. First of all, it was great to be at Sarah in China. I was fortunate to see a wild rhinoceros walking by the road, and yes it is a real wild rhino.

As a five-star hotel, MakeMyTrip reserved this location because it did not live up to my expectations. The rooms are roomy and large but the bathroom is unclean. There is no hot water in the shower because it is solar, so early in the morning you can expect hot water Ants are everywhere in the room, only one person at a time should sit and use the only mirror in the center of the wall. They don't provide trash cans in the room, so neither will they reserve a safer jungle for you, a breeding center, and a local dance program. The staff is friendly The breakfast is unworthy, no buffet, they don't know what to serve first, take all orders and serve coffee first. If you ask for anything extra, they will give a nice look as if they are doing a favor. It doesn't have a three-star luxury like it had been promised, and it didn't live up to my expectations. Some of the steps are not scientific, more height than standard seniors will have difficult climbing, even ordinary people will also have problems.

I love my experience here. The location is very strategic. The staff were very friendly, they also come with tigers, rhinos, and elephants on our sunset safari. We swam in the pool and ate fantastic food. Get a tent for a special night. This place is like a king, what a wonderful experience!

I had a good time at the Sara. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially Baburam Dai, he is such a sweet and beautiful person. The amenities were good. The room was excellent, clean and ideal for nature lovers. And of course, the time I spent in the pool will always be treasured. Thank you very much

After our trekking trip, we stay a couple of nights here. Service was very good and the restaurant was also good. We went on a safari and saw crocodiles, rhinoceros, jaguars, and monkeys.

We stayed here for two nights. The report was very impressive, the staff was very helpful. The pool is good. The food is delicious and full to the chef Shiva. The only observation deck is a lack of view of nature and wildlife. I recommend this hotel to people who visit this place.

This hotel has no three-star luxury as they had promised. They didn't meet my expectations. Guests are welcome, and the personnel are pleasant. They didn't know what to serve first, they don't know what to order and serve coffee first, and they don't care about their breakfast being unworthy. The room was spacious and roomy, but the bathroom was filthy. There was also no hot water in the bathroom since it is solar water, so early in the morning, you could expect hot water. Ants are everywhere in the room, only one individual at a time can sit and use at a time. There is no dustbin in the room, and they won't book a jungle safer, a breeding center, or a neighborhood dance program for you. There is no dustbin in the room, and they won't have to. This review is challenging because I wanted to be as positive as possible because there are benefits and drawbacks to this resort, mostly negative. I gave this same feedback to the tour operator who booked this resort and suggested that it not be recommended or included on their upcoming Nepal tours. Here are the drawbacks restaurant and some hotel staff tried to be helpful. The hotel grounds and pool area are very nice. Local villagers who present their nightly show do their best to make the transfer from Sara Resort to the airport so stressful and unnecessary. The hotel representative was incredibly unfriendly at check out. For example, I reported an error in the hotel bill in their favour, but no apology was given. The next morning at breakfast, the same front desk agent insisted that we were due for the airport transfer fee. When I asked my tour operator via WhatsApp and showed him the text exchange indicating that the extra airport transfer charge was not warranted, the resort rep persisted and refused. The front desk employee reluctantly agreed upon receipt of the text messages, and I was allowed to begin my morning. After checkout the next afternoon, this same management representative was extremely unfriendly, see comments above, and at our airport transfer time, he informed us that our Jeep would be available and didn't use any hotel staff to assist with our luggage. After walking with my son, we proceeded to the parking lot and placed our luggage on the old truck.

We enjoyed our stay at Jagatpur lodge. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and beverages were tasty. We went canoeing and jungle tour. Due to the greenery, the hotel area appears much cooler than the surrounding area. The environment and facilities are pleasant and peaceful.

It is very lovely with nice rooms. Also, in close proximity to the national park. The staff was very friendly and greeted us well. They helped us arrange everything and provided all information and all reservation information before we arrived. I am very happy with the service. Thank you to everyone.

Makemytrip booked this place because star hotel did not meet expectations.
