Interesting bathroom lay out. Walk through the shower to use the toilet. So floor is wet after showers when using the toilet.

Mit 2 Kinder würden wir in die letzte Etage gesteckt,ohne Fahrstuhl, extrem steile Treppen,Dusche war defekt,das Wasser sackte nicht ab und das kam alles durchs Zimmer!

El hotel es un edificio viejo, actualizado muy chido, la zona es muy buena, estas cerca de todo el movimiento del Centro… puedes llegar caminando de la estación son solo 15 minutos y está muy padre la caminata a un lado de un canal… Perfecto para dos personas posiblemente para familias sería mejor un cuarto un poco más grande. Hay q tomar en cuenta q no hay elevador. Llegaría otra vez

The room and especially the bed were very small. Not suitable for sharing with friends. The shower and toilet are in one space, so the floor gets wet after using the shower. Not very comfortable to use the toilet when the person you share the room with can hear everything. Rooms on the street are very noisy. The staff is friendly. No elevator.

The location is perfect for the nightlife in Rotterdam. The rooms are very small, however, with very little bathroom privacy. Be prepared to climb on top and over your partner in bed just to get to the bathroom. But it's ok for a night. Friendly check in at the coffee shop below

On the first morning of our trip, we had breakfast here. We were pleasantly surprised and went back the next day! Particular and substantial, exactly what it takes to start the day well! It's not an auto mode of getting up and running, but it's prudent to stay for a good inspection.

I appreciate everything for the excellent stay service. The design and Mediterranean touches are really nice. The brunch is varied and delicious. Due to some bars downstairs, the streets can be noisy at night, but staying in a place to be and so in the center of what is happening in Rotterdam will definitely make up for it.

The First and final visit to the Bellhop in Rotterdam, sadly. We were there for two days to visit family and initially wanted to book the student hotel because it was closest to where we wanted to go. Then I thought lets look for a more beautiful hotel and treat ourselves. I looked up the supernova, citizens, and a couple more and then chose the bellhop because it had excellent reviews and was also reasonable. The positive doubleglazed windows actually block out the majority of outside noise because the hotel is on a very lively bar streetwitte de whit the shower was very new and shampoo etc were quite nice. The design elements of the room were nice the staff is very friendly. The negative we opted for the doublestandard room because we travelled after a tweek roundtrip with quite a lot of baggage. They really advertise the extra 3 sums they sell with the double standard 12 sum total on their website. Apart from the above, it didnt feel like a hotel to me. There was only one person in the room on checking day who knew where everyone should go. When it was 9.30 a.m., I was told that she had to run around by herself, carrying other guests suitcases upstairs and then having to be in meetings. There is also no elevator and people are nice, but I felt like they were only trained to be nice to guests, not to deal with complaints

The staff were so friendly and helpful, no lift and very steep stairs but the staff helped with our bags! Super small room but has what you need, walls are thin and not very sound proof but overall a really nice stay.

Un accueil exceptionnel, aux petits soins et de bon conseils. La localisation est parfaite, les lieux sont bien tenus. La chambre, bien que petite est agréable. Le quartier peut être un peu bruyant... mais c'est vivant et ça fait son charme.

AMAZING staff. GREAT location. GREAT bar. Everyone was very kind and accommodating, spoke perfect English (not a requirement, but definitely helped!). Please keep in mind, with Coronovirus, that staff leave BEFORE 11pm. Call if you’re going to be late, even though the site says midnight. Location is in the center of the best neighborhood if you like to stay up late. The bars are rocking, BUT, during Coronavirus, most close at 2am. Those people that want to get in after 2 must line up and wait as bars are only permitted a limited number of people at a time. Steep fines for the venue if they deviate. No dancing, and stay in your seat, and if you can get in, you can stay until 4am! Now, our room was suuuuper strange. Suggestion: one person only for the “Superior Standard Room”. It is not superior, but TINY. Very stylish and interesting (yet not practical) design, but appropriate only for one person. Also, open a window before showering or spraying aerosols, the fire alarm is very sensitive. We woke up the entire hotel. :( Overall, loved the experience, the staff made up for the weird room, and we were only one night, so it didn’t bother too much.

The hotel is quite central - 10/15 min walk to central Rotterdam. Mostly it is selfservice. You have to download an app where you get access to the small entrance. Service was good, but if you want peace, quiet, comfort and is not fit for narrow stairs - this place might not be for you. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was not all clean, you hear everything outside and in the other rooms. The bed is more like a madress on top of a built-in-frame and is 180x140 cm approxx.
