Would I return yes likely because it is still a decent hotel in the area I need to be. Other hotels, especially in major cities, would provide a better experience. Ive been to this property several times because it is close to where my family lives. It used to be called Hilton, but as a provincial hotel, it has been changed to doubletree by Hilton. The stay was enjoyable and acceptable, and the fi team is fantastic. You can tell that the industry is still experiencing a staff shortage, particularly during the busy weekend. A decent hotel in a beautiful setting surrounded by parks. Breakfast had a decent assortment of europeanstyle options to be expected from this brand. Avoid the sausages, though. Mid-week, the pool was practically deserted. When I arrived, the night manager asked if it was my first time scream system should have told him multiple times and also misquoted my loyalty tier incorrectly. Diamond upgraded to an apartment via the app, but the room smelled musty, and it hadn't been used in a while. There was no water or water provided, so I went downstairs to the front desk, who informed me they didn't have enough, which was disappointing. Cleaning was also missed twice in a row, which was unprecedented.

The location is strategic in the middle of the city with very easy access to the sea and good restaurants. And then the restroom here was so small. After that, the staff was helpful, and after that, we found out that the hotel charged us twice and that they hardly ever took any responsibility for our mistake, so we had to be careful.

Very nice hotel. With very relaxing staff. The staff checking the rooms were quite slow, we got a single family registered in 40 minutes, but other staff at the reception do administrative tasks in place of delivering customers. There is no staff at the bar. Even in the afternoon or evening, the staff looks like they are hiding in their working room.

The hotel employees, reception, restaurant, and bar are very nice and friendly and will try to help as much as possible. The hotel is very nice. The very good location in the center of the Netherlands. The prices for the stay are very reasonable. It is recommended to improve the level of cleanliness of the room. missing kettle, glasses, and coffee tea in the room. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good hotel in the center of the Netherlands.

The room was fairly clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower good. But the reason I was glad I just spent 10 hours there was that it was dark and vaguely depressing! Large room with a dark laminated floor and no rugs to break it up. Beige walls, beige ceiling. A sofa and chairs, but hard. No kettle or drinks, or little touches to make it more than a room for the night. Breakfast is a buffet and the hot food is cold and greasy.

This place is a great option if you are looking for a quiet and pleasant stay close to strech or surrounding areas. I stayed here with my family for five days early in the coronavirus outbreak. The personnel were friendly and very client-oriented, and the room was spacious and clean. The price was reasonable. On the final day, the hotel was closed, and we had to relocate to another fletcher hotel, and the staff went out of their way to make the transfer as simple as possible.

The best five days of my life are now over and the best 5 of them have been enjoying themselves. When we visit the hotel in a quiet environment where there are many trees and the condition is peaceful, and clean, they have an air conditioning room which is very impressive because it is located in a field, so it shouldn't have to be too hot. But it is not a country with a warm weather, but that's good, so we will stay here again.

The good hotel in a lovely setting surrounded by parks. Breakfast had a decent assortment of European style selections to be expected at this brand. Avoid sausages however. The swimming pool was virtually empty midweek. The bad on arrival, the night manager asked if it was my first time cry system should have told him I've been before multiple times, also quoted my loyalty tier incorrectly. Diamond upgraded to a suite via the app but the room smelled musty and it has obviously not been used for a long time. No drink water provided or mentioned, so I went downstairs to the front desk, who informed me that they did not have enough, which was disappointing. Cleaning was also missed twice in a row, which was unprecedented. Would I return yes probably because it's still a decent hotel in the area I need to be. Other hotels, especially in the big cities, would offer a better experience.
