Vivien was amazing. Very welcoming, gave us lots of information about the things we could do that interested us. Property is very clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast has all you need to start the day. Very close to the redwoods which is a big plus for us as we do love the redwoods. You will see us again Vivien. And oh the bakery you told us about is amazing.

I had a lovely stay at the B&B. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and filling and the location could not be better. Right next to the Redwood forest and walking distance or a short Uber away from the city center. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and chats with Vivien and I would pick this B&B again if I come back to Rotorua.

In January, we stayed with Vivian for three nights to explore New Zealand and Rotor. Since there was no lockdown in August, we had to postpone our trip several times, but it was not an issue for Vivian. She answered my emails promptly and was very flexible. When we finally arrived, we were met by nice, spacious and clean rooms, and the breakfast was just delicious fresh fruits, yogurt, cereals, toasted bread, and eggs. One morning, Vivian generously made Canadian pancakes for our daughters birthday because this is her favorite breakfast, and she even made her birthday cake at a reasonable price! A very delectable carrot cake. I would love to stay longer and would absolutely recommend staying with her for anyone wanting to experience Rotor.

A place you just want to stay on your trip to New Zealand. We loved everything about it and the location is perfect. Fantastic helpful and eminent host. We enjoyed the breakfast with Vivien and other guests with good conversations around the table.
