This is the 2nd time my parents stayed in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and very accomodating. My parents didn’t have a hard time with airport transfer because of the free airport shuttle. Will Definetelybook again.

Staff - Helpful and accommodating Airport shuttle – Friendly and accommodating driver. Breakfast – It was okay, but it would be much better if served warm. Room – Clean overall, but the shower was clogged. It would also be nice if extra towels were provided.

Poddatel is my favorite place to stay in the philippines.. The staff are awesome no hassel, rooms are refreshing n cool and ready to relax. Its much better than 5 star hotel. I love Airport Poddatel

I gave 5 stars for this hotel..the airport shuttle was quick and very convinient..rooms are clean and they had a friendly and accomodating staffs..breakfast is delicious, and there is a lot food choices..the area is accesible and very near to the airport which is i like..definitely i will book again on this hotel ..thanks..

Our flight arrived at 11:30pm and we were instructed by the hotel to call them once we were outside of the airport. It was 12:30am by the time we retrieved our luggage and got outside to call. They gave us the shuttle plate number and told us to look for a white van. We were in the shuttle driving away from the airport at 12:43am. Excellent! Very easy after 29 hours of travel. The shuttle took us to the front door and carried our luggage in. The check in was super and we were escorted to our room. The room was clean and cool, the shower was hot, the beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet for being so close to the airport. The next morning after a super awesome night of sleep we went to the front desk for breakfast. The doorman escorted us to an off site restaurant for the breakfast buffet which was very good. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The staff was amazing and professional. We have already booked our second stay!
