I will give this place a fourstar rating if they cleaned my room, empty my trash and replaced my towels while I was gone out the room all day. I expected my room to be cleaned daily because I paid in even in us for that rate, they will clean your room every day, replace your towels and replenish toiletries. We only stayed 2 nights, no big deal. If stayed longer, I will make sure the management knows that the room has to be maintained daily and not at the end of the day, when you are ready to go to bed. Otherwise, the staff are nice. For the price, we got a free breakfast, the swimming pool is clean, but there are no free towels provided. Only the lobby has wifi. They provided a safe deposit with a refundable deposit of 500 pesos. They accept credit cards. They can really improve their service by cleaning rooms every day without guests telling them to do so. They can also improve by providing free cold water to guests as the philippines is too hot. Otherwise, this is the nicest and safest hotel I can find in Bali, vulcan. Taking public transport to the hotel takes about 10 minutes, making it easy to eat out and chill off. Public transportation is accessible outside the hotel. I will undoubtedly return. Their ac system in the room is effective and efficient. Water pressure is low on

We frequently travel to the Philippines to visit family and friends. We always stay at the chocolate I berries and love it. Great staff and a nice hotel. Very relaxing. The hotel has good food menu.

I think the rooms and common areas are clean, the price is worth it and it's easy to find in the area. Plus the wifi and room is very good, with the ambiance and ambiance.

I'm back after a long absence! I recently toured this hotel. It was an attractive hotel if your nearby garden area was well known. At first, I was thinking it would be like a motel, but to my surprise, it was a good hotel. Okay, back to bottoming. Room pros comfortable bed nice pillows, and cable reception has electric kettle, complimentary coffee, and a wonderful bathtub-equipped shower. Warm and cold mini refrigerator complete toiletries wifi. The room was a little smaller relative to the furniture inside. Hotel pros enjoy relaxation, but didn't try the food. Cons little lobby mosquitoes, no elevator, no air conditioning pool isn't particularly kept and convenience shops aren't accessible. So, bring what you need. People pros they physically appear to be nice. Cons they seldom converse.

The negative things are the bad internet signal, dirty pillows, old blankets, dirty pools, and a 5 star hotel. I know it's very annoying, they only clean my room every day. They never even replace the towels and the toiletries until I ask for them to be changed! They only refill toiletries with the same price as the cable signal. This place does not offer any facilities. They never clean your room every day.
