Thank you for choosing to stay with us! To keep your stay pleasant, please observe the following rules:

1.Check - in time is 3PM.
Check out time is 12 noon.
Check out is " STRICTLY 12NOON" to give way for House Keeping and Disinfecting for future guest.

2. You are a self - cleaning through the duration of your stay and clean up the room at the end of it.
Treat our home with RESPECT as if it's were your own.
Observe cleanliness

3. Keep the unit clean.Wash the dishes and throw your garbage properly.
Garbage CHUTES located right side back of Elevator.

4. No Smoking in the unit at all times.

5. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Please refrain from excessive noise during these hours.

6. No parties or overnight guest are not allowed in the unit without approval from the hosts.

7. If you break, damage, or stain anything, let us know immediately. You may be charged for the major damages.

8. Please conserve energy and turn off the AC, lights, and all other appliances whenever they are not in use.

9. For safety purposes keep the unit locked whenever you leave.

10. No pets any kind in the premises.

11. Return all keys in the front desk/ Mailbox.

12. Unauthorized guest will be charge 600 per night. No unauthorized guest allowed in the unit

13. We can accomodate up to 3 guests.
If you book for 3 guests, there will be 400 additional charge.
Maximum of 3pax only with additional payment! ( Kindly read carefully)

100 per person week days
150 per person week ends

• Swimming Pool Schedule:
Close every Tuesday for maintenance
Open 6am-9pm

2. Street Parking free(but not recommended)
