Upon Check-In:
Smile.
Settle all necessary payments on or before the time they are due.
Register all names of final guests corresponding to the number of pax booked. No unregistered visitors are allowed. No substitution anytime during your stay.
The number of accessible bedrooms and bathrooms shall depend on the number of registered guests.
Allow the host or the house representative to quickly tour you around the accessible features of the house. The host should be more than happy to answer questions or address concerns. Be kind to ask away.

While Staying with us:
Enjoy your stay but be careful. Respect our house and everything in it. Be courteous around the neighborhood.
Do not do anything illegal or unlawful within the property.
Pets are not allowed to enter the property.
Secure your personal belongings. The management won't be liable for their loss and damage.
Keep a clean and tidy house always. Do not stain. Do not vandalize. Do not spill. Do not nail, glue, paste, screw, and whatnot. Do not scatter. Do not disarrange. Do not break. Do not leave a strong odor. Do not steal. And so on.
Go out of the house if you wish to smoke cigarette, vape, etc.
Turn off faucets and showers when they're not in use and when you leave the house.
Switch off lights, ceiling fans, televisions and other electrical appliances, except for the refrigerator, when they're not in use and when you leave the house. If it must be unplugged, please unplug.
Close and lock all windows and doors when they're unattended and when you leave the house.
Abide by the Baguio City Silent Night Ordinance. There shall be no loud sounds from 9:00PM to 7:00AM.
Consider keeping your gadgets and power banks charged. The house is not equipped with a backup generator. While power outages or interruptions are rare in our area, they can occasionally occur due to severe weather, maintenance, or other unforseen circumstances. It’s important to note that we do not provide refunds due to power outages, as these are beyond our control.
Report immediately to the host or house representative any damage to property or broken fixtures for prompt repair or replacement.
You shall be fined accordingly for every damage and mishap. Fine shall be equivalent to the cost of repair or replacement; and not limited to the 2000 PHP security deposit.
Communicate nicely with the host or house representatives if you have questions or concerns.
Set your alarms right. Latest check-out time is strictly 11:00AM. Please inform the host or house representative at least an hour ahead of intended time if you plan to check out earlier than 11:00 AM; or the night before check-out if earlier than 8 AM.

Upon Check-out:
Allow the host or house representative to swiftly assess the house and check for any damage or loss before you leave.
Surrender all house keys to the host or house representative.
Pay in full necessary repair and replacement costs, and booking cancellation costs due to damages and losses you caused or to violations committed.
Receive a refund of your security deposit if no breach or violation was committed.
