Hotel was great and dining staff were attentive, front desk staff were pleasant and bell boys and security guards were friendly and approachable. The hotel is located in a built up area surrounded by eateries. We picked this hotel as it’s walking distance from Doctors Hospital which was handy. The only negative thing I found was the window in my room had one of the handle that locks the window missing…which made me feel unsafe and the cable channels doesn't work. But my overall first time experience in this hotel was good.

We especially liked the staff: All of the employees were both professional and personable. We failed to get the names of the housecleaning staff, but they were excellent and responsive to every question. In the dining area, we especially enjoyed the attentiveness of Freddie, Adrian, and Leo. Two improvements would put this hotel over the top: 1. Microwave, for an executive suite not to have a microwave is very unfortunate. 2. WiFi, they really need to improve the wifi, both in strength and also password protection. We will definitely return and highly recommend it.
