Me and my partner were looking for a place to stay over the weekend and sea residences did not disappoint. Highly recommended staycation around the metro and affordable too.

There are many Airbnb units that you can look at to book here for either shortterm or longterm stays. The location is perfect because it is close to almost everything you need to go to within metro Manila. And the best part is its a 5 minute walk to the mall of Asia.

This hotel is conveniently located near moa and even naia. The location is also quite affordable. It offers a beautiful view of the pool, making it ideally suited for families.

Ive checked in here three times, and the location is close to the main road and business. It was safe and spotless in terms of the structure. There is security. Every time i ask something, the owner of my unit is accommodating. She responds right away. Many thanks, ma'am vangie. Tower A.

We strolled home because it was so near to the sm mall of asia. Everything was in working order and the room was tidy. For the fourday, threenight stay, the cost is quite reasonable. Outside the residence, there are plenty of taxis accessible. Its nice to have a store downstairs at the venue. I was very pleased with everything, and i would choose this location again.

This hotel is conveniently located next to mall of asia, although the rooms are small and a bit outdated. However, there are additional facilities available for an additional fee.

The balcony offers a great view and allows you to see airplanes passing by. This place is suitable for viewing aircraft. My sisters and i went swimming at night. There were no other lights in the pool. The pool lights were green, giving it the appearance of an acidfilled tub, which was cool. A camera was located near the bathroom, so they were watching us.

The room was clean and the facilities were clean. The utensils were equipped with kitchen equipment, so they were wellmaintained. There is an electric stove in the bathroom, which provides hot and cold water.

The room was large. We were 6 people, but we were able to fit into the room. But it appears that only four guests can be accommodated to sleep comfortably.

The sea residences condotel offers a convenient and comfortable stay near the bay of manila. The wellmaintained units are wellkept, the staff is friendly, and the location is excellent. Enjoy convenient access to shopping and dining options. However, there may be room for improvement in the facilities on site. Overall, this is primarily suited for travelers.

The location and price are favorable, so we will stay again. The facilities are helpful, and the staff is available. We stayed twice. Both apartments were spotless and wellequipped. However, the only issue with both apartments was that even with the recommended temperature settings, there was an air conditioner leak on the bed. To protect the mattress and bedding, we had to use an extra towel to lie on top of the sleeping bed in the end.

First of all, i didnt get the apartment ive reserved, which was dirty and had a bad view. After complaining, we were moved to sytayed in october with utensils that were limited. The rooms are rather unkempt, small, and have few kitchen appliances. Bring your own towels, etc. Remember that this is not merely nascent, during our threeday stay, there was food out. Its in an excellent location! Moa is only walked for php 300 for taxi to ocean world, the rest are less, beware if an expat will offer ectus much more. Although the pools are fantastic, each person must pay php 150 per person, per day.

Secara keseluruhan masih menjadi pengalaman menginap yang baik hanya untuk satu malam dan bernilai uang. Pelayanannya cepat dan efisien, lokasinya sangat bagus. Dekat dengan mal dan bandara terbesar, tetapi kamar memiliki beberapa kecoak kecil. Secara keseluruhan, masih merupakan pengalaman menginap yang baik (hanya untuk satu malam) dan bernilai uang.
