We are so happy you have chosen J’s Place for your Baguio trip. We hope you’ll make the most of this cozy room, its amenities, and your opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding area.
We would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
We’ve put a lot of effort into making this apartment into a lovely space. Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home. Please don’t rearrange our furniture and clean the kitchen after you use it.

The kitchen is complete with all the items you would need in cooking, so please do not take them with you as you check out, since other guests would need them in the future. Same goes for the towels and beddings.
Make sure to turn off the lights, fans, any electronics, and all faucets when you leave the room.
Our guests are important to us, and some of them need to sleep. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am.
Smoking is not allowed inside the room, but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as near the grotto, but please remember to dispose of the cigarette butts properly.
Pets are welcome at our place, but please don’t let them up onto the furniture, especially the beds.
