Have stayed here many times (9+ stays) because of familiarity and the maintained room standards. Generally well looked after apartments which from staying in same rooms can say that the place is well maintained. Staff will help with any requests even a water delivery or to run up to the 7/11. Plenty of nearby entertainment, food and shopping establishments. Would recommend to any one looking to spend in the price range. Clean, with easy access to surrounding areas. Only complaint is water pressure in shower but this unfortunately is common in Manila.

I stayed for just one night, but this is my third time at this hotel. The check in was fast. Thought the elevator was under service it was fixed by the next morning. We were able to cook a nice breakfast in the room. It has a gas range. There is only AC in the bedroom but a large fan is provided for the living area to circulate the air.

I will stay again!. I made a reservation in advance. On business, I spent three nights in a tidy, well-appointed room. A lot of hot water, ac, and a cold air conditioner. The wifi worked constantly. There was a small office area inside the room. The lobby personnel is really welcoming and attentive. The room is clean and well-furnished. Visitors may relax on the garden terrace with coffee and beverages if they give permission. The only drawback is the noise from Timo Avenue, so if you want to stay further back from the street.

It's a good place to stay with your family. The room is large, clean and has good service. Hotel attendant is friendly and polite. The room is complete and includes kitchen equipment. This is a good place to stay with a family.
