A refundable cash deposit of PHP 1,500 is required upon check-in, subject to room inspection at check-out. Only cash is accepted. Guests may pay in equivalent foreign currency based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability. Arrivals before 12:00 PM require booking the night prior.
Check-out time is 12:00 NN. Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
Guests must present a valid ID matching the booking name. If under a different name, a signed authorization letter and a copy of the booker’s valid ID are required. All staying guests must present valid identification.
Only registered guests are allowed in rooms. Visitors may be accommodated in public areas.
Outside food is generally not allowed, except for special dietary needs or when the restaurant is closed. Food must be properly contained and consumed inside the room only. Cooking inside the room is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of PHP 10,000 will apply if violated.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel. A cleaning fee of PHP 10,000 will be charged for violations. A designated smoking area is available.
