The hotel was only about 30 seconds walk away from the taxi drop-off or a tram stop, and in the heart of the old town square! When I visited there it was during the heatwave so not having a mini fridge was a tiny bit of inconvenience but it won't be an issue for the most cases. There are small shops just outside the hotel to buy cold drinks and other groceries anyway :) Lovely room with high ceilings, bins were emptied and towels were changed on request daily. I only tried the breakfast once, but the selections were enough to fill you up and tasty. It was a perfect environment for a solo traveller like me, I'll stay at this hotel again when I visit Kraków next time!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, they showed us to our room and provided us with plenty of information about our stay. As we were checking out in the early hours they even offered us a breakfast bag so that we didn’t miss out. The hotel is just off of the main market square and served as a great base for exploring. We couldn’t hear any of the noise that other reviews speak of. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Krakow.

Location cannot be beaten. Price of room very good. Outside noisy small price to pay for the location. Needed help to operate the lock and get extra pillowcase, but after that was managing fine. Breakfast average, but if you want full English go to Paul’s Place nearby. Had kettle and coffee and teabags only grumble no milk provided if you want hot tea. Only very minor grumbles still deserves 5 stars as the overall picture.

Fantastic location within walking distance to the Market Square. Even though it’s an older, established hotel, the rooms feel well maintained, large, and very clean. We loved the big, delicious breakfast, especially the variety of option and fresh bread (plus gluten-free options if you ask!). The staff was super helpful, and the stay was perfect.

Our room was clean and large. Very comfortable. It was nice to have a couch to sit on occasion. The bed was comfortable. The location can't be beat! We will definitely stay here again when we return!
