Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und sind auch weiterhin sehr zufrieden. Besonders positiv sind auch Frühstück und Abendessen zu erwähnen. Die Getränkepreise beim essen und an der Bar sind etwas hoch aber noch angemessen. Der Innenpool ist zwar etwas klein und mit Säulen auch etwas verbaut aber zur richtigen Zeit nicht so voll und dann reicht auch der Platz. Das Abendprogramm ist gut, würde aber wahrscheinlich etwas besser besucht sein wenn das Programm nicht zum Teil mit den Essenszeiten kollidieren würde. Andererseits reicht der Platz in der Lobby an manchen Abenden auch nicht aus damit alle die möchten, dass Programm verfolgen können. Die Bar könnte am Abend etwas länger geöffnet sein. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss erreichbar, es gibt aber auch am Hotel Busshaltestellen. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel, wir kommen sicher wieder.

The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold products. Staff were extremely helpful; we were checked in promptly and given all information about the room and facilities. On leaving the reception staff were able to arrange a taxi to the airport at a reasonable cost.

Hôtel bien situé et très propre. Piscine semi ouverte avec jacuzzi et piscine extérieur avec transats . Buffet très correct et variés. Personnel très agréable. Chambre confortable et bien équipé avec vue sur la mer. Hall avec des petits coins cosy. Proche du centre de Funchal. Je recommande Je recommande

We have stayed here many times. The front desk staff always remember us. They are very friendly and helpful. The garden view room we stayed in this time was very spacious and quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location with lots of restaurant choices nearby and now the Madeira Museum of Modern Art just around the corner with many musical performances.

The staff were excellent. The room large with two terraces facing in different directions . One overlooked the pool and had a table and chairs but the other was a perfect spot for the New Year fireworks . I slept extremely well. Breakfast buffet had a large fresh choice and chef who cooked to order . Highly recommend

Loved the location, cleanliness and vibe of the hotel with fantastic pools and all staff were great. Only downside was limited parking and I was only able to get a space at the hotel on 1 of 5 days, all other days I had to search for on street parking around 500m away from the hotel. Not ideal but aware there isn’t much can be done about it due to the central location.

The wi-fi and internet was fabulous and strong throughout and around the Hotel. The room was spotless each day, the air on superb, the room a nice size with balcony overlooking the sea and mountains, and into Funchal. Hotel staff, location, rooms and pool are superb!

Wir haben kürzlich ein paar Tage im Enotel Magnólia in Funchal verbracht und waren durchweg begeistert. Vom ersten Moment an fiel mir die hohe Sauberkeit auf: Das gesamte Hotel, das Zimmer, die Pools… alles war makellos gepflegt. Das Housekeeping-Team leistete eine hervorragende Arbeit und sorgte dafür, dass wirklich jedes Detail stimmte. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend: Ob Empfang, Service oder im Restaurant: alle begegneten uns mit einem Lächeln und waren immer hilfsbereit. Die Poolbereiche sind sehr schön angelegt, mit bequemen Liegen und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Ich genoss es, dort nach Ausflügen zu entspannen. Das stilvolle Ambiente zieht sich durch das ganze Hotel: moderne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, harmonische Farbgebung und geschmackvolle Akzente. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Anzahl der Parkplätze ist limitiert, und es war nicht immer einfach, einen freien Stellplatz zu finden. Wenn man mit dem (Miet-)Auto anreist, sollte man eventuell frühzeitig kommen oder alternative Park­möglichkeiten nutzen, was allerdings auch nicht einfach ist. Trotz dieses kleinen Mankos war unser Aufenthalt ausgezeichnet, und wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Courteous staff, great service, excellent breakfast. Enjoyed the dinner buffet as well in one of the evenings. Easy walk to downtown and a short walk to shops nearby to get water, etc for the room.
