It was a pleasant experience. I had a nice room with a lot of care for hygiene. The staff is very kind and they are willing to answer anything. The gym was enjoyable and they have personal coaching. The restaurant had excellent food.

Exceptionally pleasant hotel. The employees are very kind. The food was excellent, and the accommodations were lovely! Excellent breakfast. I listened to all of the soccer games in my room because I enjoyed it. If you need to exchange money, they will do it for you at a very affordable rate at the hotel. The time I spent at this hotel will always be remembered.

I stayed at Emmanuel in October 2020 as part of a business trip, and I can't speak highly enough of it. My room was very clean and had a fantastic balcony view. The staff is very nice and friendly, and the food at the hotel is amazing.

Excellent star hotel in the heart of Brazzaville. Our twin executive rooms on the first floor were quite cozy and clean. There was a wide range of TV channels and an excellent, ubiquitous wifi connection. No power outages during our eight night stay. Smiling, prompt, and welcoming service. The hotel restaurant was excellent and served large portions at reasonable prices. We did not use the rooftop swimming pool because it appeared to be well-kept and the water was generally clean. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay, where we felt secure and in the city center. If we return to Piazza, we will most definitely stay at a hotel of choice.
