I stayed here for 5 nights and had a good time. The room was clean when I arrived and the service kept the room clean throughout my stay. I also left a camera stand in my room a cheap one that I couldn't fit in my luggage, and they emailed me right away to let me know I left it there. Very satisfying stay. The staff was very good. One more thing about the registration as a foreigner.. If you are someone already registered in Russia I have a work visa and worked in Murmansk, then you do not have to register. So I didn't have to pay an extra fee for registration.

We stayed here for one night last Friday just oct. By car it's ok to find if you start at the right end of a one-way street. On arrival the receptionist discovered our rooms 1-single and 1-double. However, my fatherinlaw hadn't realized that his single room had no bathroom. We asked for a single with bathroom, but the girl said we had to pay for this room first and then book another and pay again! We went away, and another girl said she would solve it, and we received the rooms we wanted. All in all, the rooms are good. Clean, yes, but a little oldfashioned, reminiscent of an old soviet hotel room. Theyve tried to make them more appealing, but it doesn't work. The bed was very comfortable. We had dinner in the cafe. It's also clean, but nothing special, as is the food, although reasonably priced. Breakfast was good. Locationwise it's not too far from the metro and Moscovskii for other attractions. I would stay again, but only for a night.

I have a terrible experience when I stayed at a tourist hotel. It is a peaceful neighborhood with the potential to blossom into a truly beautiful, reasonably priced hotel. The cleanliness, maintenance, and general atmosphere, though, are not up to the mark. My room was unpleasant to the touch. The communal bathrooms were not very clean. However, there were two good things here. Even the menu, which was simple and offered relatively few options, was still decent and fresh, and the receptionist was the shining star of the hotel. Alina, if I remember correctly, was able to demonstrate the true colors of hospitality. Above all. She spent more than an hour out of her regular duties to secure me a safe, reliable, and reliable taxi! This is incredibly important to an old man like mine. Bravo. Please keep up your excellent work, Aloha.
