Hotelnya bagus dan rapi, dan resepsionisnya sangat baik. Tapi saya tidak akan merekomendasikan Anda kepada siapa pun. Pak Safwat memiliki nilai tertinggi dalam hal transaksi yang sangat baik, nilainya tinggi dan dia suka memenangkan hati pelanggannya.

The ratio between quality and cost is ideal. Although there was faulty air conditioning in one of the rooms, the receptionists and staff were extremely friendly. However, everything was perfect, including the facilities. It was somewhat crowded because we arrived in time for fifal club wan, but the staff was always available and helpful. We returned ten days later, with the same experience, nothing was wrong with either the accommodations or the personnel. Even though the hotel is in an average neighborhood, there were many activities, stores, etc. Nearby.

I stayed there for 2 nights. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clear, booked the first standard double room but was small, upgraded to the deluxe room was very good. I had a great time there. Highly recommend it for ps1 price. Furniture is new and in very nice condition.

In general, the hotel has a positive vibe. There are rooms available for you to select from. Although some rooms lack windows, you can request them. It is annoying that waiting 30 minutes for hot water takes longer.

I came from work in london. The staff was very friendly and attentive, they deserve 5 stars. This hotel is beautiful and the decor is modern and stylish. I had a great stay and would stay here again.

The hotel staff and owner were friendly, the bath towels were changed every day and they even lent me a washing machine. It was essentially perfect satisfaction.

Iktisam, the receptionist, deserves praise for her kindness and willingness to assist despite the language barrier. Mustapha, his manager, was also quite accommodating, and the chef and his staff were always willing to help us with anything we needed.

Lfndq qdym wmjdd, lgrf@ fyh ry'H@ the tlbt frsh@. The hotel is old but has been renovated. There is an odd smell in the room most likely it is coming from the moisture on the walls, but it smells. No chair or sofa in this room. I ordered a tooth brush but never received them. When i entered the space, there were no towels and when he asked for some, they told me they were in their laundry and would come after an hour. It was tired from preparing utensils and ive had to stay up all night until ill get them! The room lacks proper sound isolation, and you can easily hear your neighbors. Tea bags are exposed and not packed. After sleeping for one night, im leaving. If you get one, you are lucky because the hotel located within the neighborhood and the parking lot is very busy. Thank you so much, lady ibissam alghamdi for her professionalism, however, she is just an employee and doesnt have magic stick.

It was a very pleasant experience to stay here. From booking and fulfilling your requests for ur stay to checking in. The staff were very accommodating, they were also very kind and friendly. They are very attentive and welcoming. What you book is what you get, the rooms are clean and refreshing.
