Was a great experience can stay here. The location great, near with the turis attractions, easy to get taxi, and the hospitaly was super great. I would like to recommend this hostel to you guys. Happy traveling

The hotel is located on a real five-star floor. The spa is especially beautiful, and the views are beautiful. We stayed in a dance suite, which was ideal because it had identical views to the river's lower level. We had excellent service and a delicious breakfast. Although it might have been better, the hotel's executive lounge, which is the grand living area, was fine. When we arrived, the receptionist's personal and polite questions were astonished. In such a hotel, it shouldn't be in any way. Although the hotel is a little outside of the city center, the location is excellent.

The park inn dance was the ideal place for our visit to Bratislava. We were completely satisfied with the room. It was very cozy and spacious, with a living room, kitchen, and beautiful views of the Bratislava castle. This beautiful experience was only enhanced by the indoor pool, spa, and gym. I wholeheartedly endorse it for anyone looking to spend a few days as a Queefing in Bratislava!.

This place has a good location. It has friendly personnel. But, the queen bed's duvet is far too small and does not even cover the bed. My husband freezes. The volume on the to is very low and my hearing isn't sounding very well. Then I ask for an extra coffee packet, but oddly they all go away but only the milk gets left.

I liked the nice hotel, at least from the outside and it's close to the city center. The room was slightly old but clean. Overall, it's an excellent place to stay for 2 nights. The hotel has a few facilities but we didn't try them.

Nice and clean. Good breakfast buffet and smiling and friendly staff. I think it is a bit 60, but the price is fair for a central hotel. Would use it again. Eastern europe hotel with plenty but not very effective staff, but it's typical of Europe, so it has its charm.

This place is close to the main train station in Bratislava. The president's palace is across the street. It's so simple to find. The lady who helped us at the front desk was really friendly and wanted to help us with our travel recommendations. She provided us with a city map, restaurant suggestions, and even let us use international charging adapters to charge our phones. The trip to the famous tourist attractions like the castle, michaels gate, Ufo Bridge, and the rest of the city center is only a short stroll from the hotel. The central train station is only a short distance from the hotel.

The location is also not ideal. The tram stops just after 11 p.m., so we had to return last night in the rain. This hotel may be modern, but in light of the cost, location, and lack of reception and reservations customer service, I would recommend somewhere else for your visit to Bratislava. The room also has no tea or coffee making equipment, and even though it advertises castle hill view rooms, you can see Bratislava Castle more false advertising from nowhere in the hotel. The rooms are not as modern as the metropolis. The breakfast is not included, and the hotel itself does not have a pool, as mentioned, but has a separate private spa that costs $35 per person per hour. After I checked, I was informed breakfast was not included and the hotel itself did not have a pool, as advertised, but a separate private spa at 35 per hour. I asked to upgrade my package to include breakfast and spa access as I was willing to pay the extra charges, but I was told that this wasnt an option. Breakfast and leisure facilities were the reasons I reserved the hotel. My friend and I enjoyed spending time together, but I felt the breakaway had been ruined, which broke my heart. Parking was also ridiculously priced at $35 per hour. I canceled my last nights lodging and booked myself in the hotel arrows star hotel, which included breakfast and a welcome drink less than

This hotel has a good location. Walking distance to the old town and transportation link. There is a large teacher nearby and gives you access to stuffs and different breakfast options. There are also comfy and quiet rooms. I can recommend the restaurants that offer a menu for lunch.

We have a beautiful room, but we're very disappointed with the freezing pool, which requires about 30 euros each time you use it. At least, if it was warm, it might be worth it. It's beautiful, but what good is it if one cannot enjoy it? The hotel is at least a 20-minute walk from town. In a way, it may be advantageous as it's an enjoyable exercise, but late at night it's not that good. We took inexpensive taxis. The Indian restaurant waitress was delightful. The porter who took our luggage was also delicious. We did experience a dreadful waiter in the breakfast area, however. We ordered a la carte toast. Because he was nowhere to be seen, we went to the buffet table to get some butter. He saw it as a serious crime. His reaction and aggressive attitude made me frozen. Some staff should be taught to deal with customer service. In conclusion, we would have preferred to remain in the old town.

In October, this year, during our citybreak in Bratislava, we stayed at this hotel. We must admit that we were quite impressed because we hadn't previously stayed in a reputable hotel, so we had no idea what to anticipate. Although it appears to be an incredibly old structure, it has been lovingly and professionally renovated, the color palette is quite soothing, and the ambient odor is heavenly. The receptionists spoke excellent English, were really kind and helpful, and they genuinely know how to make you feel welcome. They appeared to be friendly and courteous. They exhibited professionalism as if they were proud of the cleanliness standards, and I must state that they lived up to this mission statement, in fact, it was as clean as it had ever been. What more can you ask for than a direct view of the presidential palace in the apartment on the first level for our getaway? Walk-in shower, single sink, and toilet in the other bathroom for the living room and bedroom, as well as a double vanity sink, tub, and toilet in the bedroom bathroom were all ideal for noise abatement and slumber. Not to mention that it is close to the charming old city center. The breakfast we made in the chamber was perfect, and it exceeded all of our expectations and taste. I won't return to this hotel. At this hotel, we stayed for one night. The front desk staff named Guyana was welcoming after we arrived. A side view of the dance was provided in the standard size room. The location, which is adequate during the day but not ideal after dinner, was the worst part, but that was partly my fault for forgetting to inquire. Even though the price was a touch high, breakfast was excellent. We continued our journey the next door because the restaurant was closed for lunch, which was fine. We were trying to leave within a reasonable time because we were informed that our car service was waiting for us when we checked out, but the same front desk staff member occupied helping another couple check and completely ignored our attempts to get out quickly. The concierge took pity on us by letting us give them our email so they could send us the bill and checkout after a wait of more than 15 minutes.

Excellent location, upgraded to the castle view, which I greatly appreciate. My room smelt of smoke from a previous owner. Nice business trip, staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious.

Despite the price of the parking space is quite expensive for tourists. The location is in the center of the city and close to all the main attractions and restaurants. This is a MUST do place if you want to go to Bratislava.

The location is strategic, near the river, old city, and the room, the amenities are nice, but the receptionist is so friendly and friendly. The breakfast is delicious too.

This hotel is located on the river and within walking distance of the historic city center. It is very modern and the room we had was truly luxurious and comfortable. Great breakfast. There is a pool and gym on the top floor. The gym is the best hotel gym I've ever seen. Lots and lots of great equipment, lots of space and great views of the city.

This place was very lovely and very convenient. There was an amazing restaurant in this place. The service was friendly and kind, so it was perfect. After that, the condition of the room was great. Subsequently, they gave us a room on the first floor. Besides that, it has a kitchen on all functions. Afterward, the rest of the apartment was ideal for us.

I would have booked elsewhere if I had known this in advance. A little dissatisfied Very nice location, but close to a busy road, so with the windows open there was a lot of revelry and traffic noise throughout the night. The room was too hot for us, and we tried to cool it down by opening the windows and turning the thermostat down so the heating wouldn't be on. But the maid reset the room thermostat to 20 every day and moved several things from where we had placed them to where she thought they should go. We asked for extra pillows on Day 1, but they eventually came out on Day 3. The pool was good, but the jacuzzi wasn't working, which was annoying.
