This is the best hotel I've been in since a month old. The room is very nicely cleaned and welcoming. Staff are very friendly and professional, especially Lanka, Michael and Ivana. They made my stay better than expected. Highly recommended!.

I always hear friends or family travel to Slovakia and heading to bounce. Great accommodation, very nice staff and an absolutely amazing dining experience. Convenient location to the castle and other restaurants. Great experience here and again very nice staff.

The hotels in a lovely town of Bounce provide nice, modern, and roomy rooms, but it is best not to have a room with a street view because it is next to a busy road. The restaurant offers fantastic food including delicious meat, fish, pasta, salads, and a lovely children's menu. The staff is friendly and accommodating. A few drawbacks the nice garden does not have any kind of playground, there are numerous steps, a terrace, and a family room entry with a stroller could easily be eliminated by adding rails or a simple platform. During the entire weekend, the room wasn't cleaned, shouldn't happen at four hotels. Overall, it's a good average, but there are some things to improve.

They told us when we came to this hotel that their chef only works on weekends and can't provide us with the food we paid for in hotels as a substitute they gave us a voucher to another restaurant half a kilometer away and in addition the voucher wasn't enough so we still had to pay extra even though we had paid half board in the hotel and they could not cook for us and the cafe was also closed. We were in a family apartment and the room was old, the door couldn't be opened using the card they gave us so he had to supply us with a reception key, the extra bed was a terrible sprawling halfcrumpled sofa bed with a centimeter mattress on the iron structure, the air conditioning was only in one room and can not cool the entire apartment. Wellness, sauna, and sauna are all in the hotel. Apart from the reception, the restaurant which only works on weekends and for 20 due to a fatal lack of staff and a garden, there is nothing here and the 4 star hotel which is the most expensive on bounce so I expected much more. The only thing about this hotel that was good was the staff, but there was no staff and they couldn't keep the hotel running. Overall my rating is very disappointed and I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel.
