This place is a really nice place to stay, very traditional. The only thing that needs improvement is the hot water in the shower. Anyway, the hosts were very kind and i highly recommend this place.

The proprietors are very friendly and accommodating. They will assist with almost everything, just be courteous, and you get twice that back. Night markets and hanok village center are both conveniently close by, only a 5minute walk away. There is also transportation cart rental nearby. Breakfast was simple but delicious, their cafe is fantastic, so serene! Its really simple to get there, & i can take cabs to the door. Those who are not accustomed to futonstyle bedding may find it tense to sleep, but again, request additional bedding. The rooms are quite cozy and secure. Although the walls are thin, this is ok for houses built in such traditional styles. Overall, my stay here was enjoyable.

A delightful stay in a traditional hanok on the southern edge of jeonjus chanok village. Very simple room, sleeping on heated floor with comfortable mat and sheets and surrounded by simple adjacent bathroom. The owner is very nice and kind. They lovingly prepared breakfast very early in the morning, ready for guests to consume as soon as they wake up.

They were very accommodating to us and helped us a lot during our stay. The rooms are basic but thats what you get for the price. Otherwise very clean and good location.

I heartily advise anyone visiting to stay here! We had our first time staying in hanok at salangroo with my mother, aunt, and we were quite pleased with the experience. The proprietors couldnt speak english, so they prepared a written document with helpful instructions for our visit. Our accommodation was very neat and serene, with four people per room. Even though it was thin, the bedding was cozy and spotless. Although you can request additional bedding for comparatively low costs, we all spent one night there. It got chilly at night, but the floor heaters helped to warm us up.

This traditional hanok accommodation is very close to jeonju main attractions. The room was great and the breakfast was delicious. I also like the hosts who are very helpful. My only complaint is that because of the old style of rooms, you can hear everything. But as you would expect from a traditional house.

If you visit junju, this is the perfect place to stay. The room was clean and well heated during the winter. It was a pleasant experience. Plus, its in the village and only ten minutes from everything you need.

The balcony room was lovely and had two separate areas, one for sleeping and the other with a small wooden table and cushions that we played board games on. The hosts are lovely they prepare breakfast in the shared dining area (eggs, toast, and fruit, you help yourself). They also gave us an extra futon for ps1 as 1 was tastier for us. If you prefer softer pillows, bring your own because the pillows are also filled with grain like sacks of wheat, so bring ones. Outside of the villages busier area, the location is also excellent. Birdsong woke us up at 7 am, but earplugs prevented this the next morning, it is still quiet time after 10 pm to prevent disturbing other guests sleep. Finally, underfloor heating keeps you warm on cold nights!.

My family and i spent one night there. It was a fantastic location. Very kind owner. Breakfast was excellent. The cafe where breakfast was served was also fantastic. I would definitely return.

The location is close to a nice river and hanok village. The place is managed by amiable, helpful, and welcoming people. Facilities are adequate and there is also sanitized floor to keep warm at night. A great place to experience the henok style of lodging.

Our traditional hanok accommodation was generally a delightful experience. The heated floors and cozy futon provided savoring surroundings. While we werent sure if we could stay in this kind of accommodation for ten days, it was ideal for several days. Additionally, the location was excellent because it had easy access to numerous shops and restaurants.
