Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not permitted.If a party is held that requires police intervention, guests must vacate the property immediately.In the event of property damage, the guest will be responsible for an additional penalty of up to €1,000, separate from the platform's deposit.Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If cigarette butts are found during cleaning, the apartment smells, or ashes are scattered, a €250 property damage claim will be made.
