The hotel is basic and has small rooms, which is evident in the low prices. However, the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. It is conveniently located near atocha mainline station, a metro station right outside the door, and Plaza mayor is only ten to fifteen minutes walk away. There is also savoring iced cakes at ica cafe directly next door! Some rooms at the front may experience nighttime noise from the street.

The location of the hostel is excellent if you intend to explore the city because it is right next to the main train station. There are numerous small grocery stores nearby, and the restaurants below offer delicious food at reasonable prices. Although there is a faint moldy scent in the air, the hotel itself is immaculate. Our room was fine, as the goal was to have affordable lodging in town, but nothing more. The woman who said the sockets near the bed did not work at all, at least the one near its ceiling does. We went out and purchased 3 m cables because the images of tv phones hanging while charging are accurate. Because the door to this lovely little balcony couldnt be completely closed, we had to listen to passing cars all night long. It feels relatively safe because of several heavy doors and locks, which is the nicest feature of having its own sink. Overall, it works well.

We spent three nights here and had no issues. Old furniture, but comfortable beds, adequate wifi, a chair, and tavern are all that matter. The most significant thing is that the metro is only 100 meters away, the three main museums are within ten minutes walk, there are five or six cafes or bars serving breakfast within two minutes. Winter central heating is available.

Easy access. Excellent service. The location is ideal for exploring the neighborhood and the metro station. I will recommend it without any issues. Provides towels and a controllable air conditioner in the room. Checkin and checkout went quickly.

Very good location and price. Right next to the metro station. The owner was kind enough to let us check in early and store our luggage after checkout. When you arrive, make sure to ring the doorbell to be allowed in as the front door is locked.
