I visited in April 2022 with my husband. The setting was excellent, and the staff was friendly. Beds were quite comfortable, and linens and towels were changed frequently, which was fantastic. The hotel insists that towels cannot be left during the peak of the season, but of course they were. I suppose this will get worse as the area gets crowded, so more sunbeds are definitely required. Buffet-style breakfast was tasty, though the drinks weren't particularly tasty, weak coffee and no fresh juice, and undiluted cordial in the juice maker. Shame no one was made to use the hand sanitizer station at the restaurant entryway! Besides a fourstar hotel, charging for the safe was unexpected. The awful now! We were initially located in the apartment number 42, which is on the other side of the hotel with a separate entrance and pool with a side view of the sea. I decided to request that our belongings be moved after one night because the noise from the bar beneath was awful, with loud music until midnight, then shouting in the street below us until well after a while after midnight, with a view of the pool. This hotel is supposed to be four stars but to no avail. We bought bleach from the grocery store and used the entire bottle down but it didn't work either. This is our 3 days stay for my birthday. I got a nice bottle of champagne and stayed in their superior apartment with sea view parked car underground, and the vibe is good. Definitely will be back. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Great impression for guests.

This is a good hotel with an excellent location. The staff is very kind. The room was cleaned every day. The only thing I can complain about is the sunbeds at the pool area. People lay towels on the bed and leave for a few hours and people are looking for beds but can't get one. I think the hotel should look into this.

The place is in a great position. The service here was really good. This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the towels are changed. The bed also changed. The breakfast is varied. The kitchen lacked a toaster if you were serving yourself.

We have stayed at the Coronajo Beach 3 times before, and we have always had a great time and excellent customer service. The hotel is immaculately cleaned, and staff cleans the entire pool area early every morning. We stayed, and the freshly made omelet was fantastic for starting the day. The entire restaurant staff is happy and friendly, and that's a great way to start the day. But it's xavier at the reception who deserves the greatest thank you. Unfortunately, my husband was brought to hospital on the GP day of our vacation, and xavier's assistance and assistance was fantastic. Unfortunately, the travel company we travelled with did not offer much help or assistance, but xavier assisted in saving the day. The hotel manager I'm sorry I can't remember his name, and he was also quite helpful in checking on my husband's condition and providing advice and assistance every morning. The staff made telephone calls for me, translated, scanned and sent documents, booked taxis, and delivered packed lunches for me to bring him to my husband at hospital. I can't say enough good things to thank them all.
