This hotel is situated in the heart of the old town. The room has a fridge which is useful. They provide a good breakfast menu with freshly cooked full english. Helen the manager spoke excellent english. Being in the old town there is limited amount of direct sunlight. I would definitely stay here again.

I will recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. Everything about this hotel and staff is excellent. Communication from start to arrange transportation, friendly staff, spotless clean, location, breakfast the list goes on. This is a treasure in the center of the bustling old town. Thank you

I would not return for this reason and for the loss of sleep because of the noise. I reserved in Iraqi for three nights because I was on a last-minute cheap break and the price included breakfast at 38 euros per night. When I arrived, I grabbed a key from the lockbox. The room was excellent value for the money. There is a small kitchen with a kettle, toaster, etc. The air conditioning didn't work, and a safe was also broken. I went for breakfast on the first morning and had to pay because the lady serving said my booking was inoperable. When I made the reservation, it specifically stated that breakfast is included. The street noise in Iraq is the largest problem - it's terrible. Singing and shouting all night is okay and not the hotel's fault, but due to the location of the rooms, it appears that people shouting and singing etc are on your balcony. Due to the small alley where the hotel is located, the noise seemed to be amplified.

During the bank holiday weekend and june to june 2022, we stayed here and had a good time. It was good to be back because we had previously stayed in the new town, so this time we thought wed check out the old town, and we weren't disappointed. We made the reservation with shuttle direct, and the bus dropped us off at the portmar blah hotel. We got to the iraqi about wish and anticipated a reception area. The entrance to the building was locked and we started to panic. We pressed the button that said reception and a man came to the door. He said our keys had been placed in a lock box on the front of the door and we should have received an email to confirm the code. We didn't receive an email before leaving for benidorm, and when we checked our emails, the code had been sent an hour before we arrived. Some feedback is that the code should be provided in a reasonable time before arrival. Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10. 30. On the dot, we were down to 8.30. The room was adequate for our brief stay. The bed was comfy and the aircon worked a treat. There was plenty of cupboards, a fridge, and sockets. The shower pressure and temperature were both ideal. We would recommend this hotel to you who want to come here, and I will go back. This place is very convenient, located in the old town of Benidorm, close to beaches, restaurants and shops, very high standard of cleanliness, and good helpful staff. The quality of service was very satisfying.
