As we recently chose to visit to celebrate our anniversary, this hotel was the ideal location for us because it met all of the strict health-safety requirements. The room was roomy, thoroughly cleaned, and disinfected. We had a great time and enjoyed every minute of it, and we will undoubtedly return to stay here on our subsequent visit because we liked the atmosphere. We would like to specifically mention Shiva, who was the front desk clerk and handled our booking until the point of verification. He is highly knowledgeable, cordial, and delivers excellent customer service, especially with the receptionist. Although the departure was a little disappointing, as when I requested a late checkout until rp i, the receptionist told me I had to pay half the room rate just for an additional half hour since she told me that I would have to pay half the room rate for an additional half hour because she offered me the departure time until 12.30 pm. This seems a little absurd because according to the arrival time, rp lo might be charged if the client exceeds these deadlines. It would be nice if the management could take into account the above request as it could be handled case by case. Overall, we were very pleased with the service, employees, and hotel.

I reserve a room here for one night while on my way to a small village in Sri Lanka. I was already very impressed when the staff told me that my visa for Sri Lanka had been sent to them accidentally. I used their address to submit my application and were kind enough to send it to me. Unfortunately, due to a sudden bus crash that required me to leave the combo right away, I had to cancel my lodging here at the last minute. The employees here were amazing about the entire situation, not only did they let me cancel free of charge even though I had already arrived, they were also incredibly helpful in locating me the right transportation to get to where I needed to go. They also offered me a cup of tea and allowed me to use their space to unwind until I needed to depart. The setting also has a very pleasant and tranquil vibe, and it would have been a wonderful home to return to after a day of exploring the city. This area has a lovely, spotless vibe, and is equipped with a shared kitchen, shared library, yoga space, garden, and lovely and clean rooms. I heartily endorse it and would remain here if I return to this city. Thank you once again for your kindness!.

I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting combo. My wife and I had a great stay. Hot water, comfortable beds, beautiful patio and amazing hosts. Also, good location close to restaurants, shops and train station.

What we got is the best inn in the city! Clock Inn Dehiwala is a real home away from home. The employees were really helpful and friendly. Clean amenities, wonderful location, and good value for money. We've become frequent customers. Paul deserves a special mention for how well he manages the place and how great he does! The best service for an inn in Sri Lanka and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable stay in the combo.

One of the favourite spots in Dehiwala is to unwind and enjoy the quiet peace and quiet, while having one of the finest hospitality combination experiences. Everybody grins and welcomes you from the manager to the room attendant. Perfect in terms of quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and organization. I will undoubtedly advise this location if you enjoy the friendly welcoming. They will undoubtedly exceed your expectations with a mix of individual rooms and dormitories. Thank you so much to Paul and the rest of the team for everything, and I hope the standards and quality remain and be maintained the same. Continue doing it, and have good luck!.

The location in the suburb of combo is very strategic, close to the beach and all the amenities. Plus, the location is quite close to the city center.

This hotel has a great location near restaurants, shops and trains. Even though the location is very strategic, there is a restaurant close by which I strongly recommend to anyone visiting this place. Despite the very noisy area, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The entire stay at this hotel was fantastic. Excellent service! The team was really friendly. They made sure I got what I wanted! I was very happy. The rooms were comparatively large and I loved everything about it. I had some adjustments to be made during the reservation period. The manager was really friendly and helped me throughout. Overall I would give them a rating of 1110 if I could.
