Sebelumnya kami merasa kecewa setelah hotel memberitahu kami bahwa kmrnya penuh dan kami dipindahkan ke hotel partnernya yaitu alpine classic hotel, tetapi kami diberikan free complimen dinner 2mlm , kmr yg bersih dan pelayanan yg baik, dan jg maknaan yg enak, mengobati kekecewaan sebagian dr kami, sayangnya 8kmr yg kami tempati, tdk seluruhnya mendapat view yg bagus, hanya bbrp saja,

Nice hotel in the center of Montreal. I booked a single room and got a nice double room which was bigger than expected as usual for hotels in traditional areas of the city. I can highly recommend it to travelers and couples staying in this area for a few days.

It was my fourth visit there in the last year. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The buildings and grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is always great. The quality of the rooms may vary greatly depending on the room you are given. I particularly love the range room even though I was given a room under the attic during my previous stay, which meant I banged my head on the ceiling several times!.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Royal Savoy Lasagne. Wonderful service, great room and bed, and of course, delicious drinks and food. I will certainly return and visit the Royal Savoy Lasagne again. All the best..

I'm hoping to come back someday. I'm so pleased to live here. This hotel is family run, owned by a family. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, quiet, and spacious. Excellent restaurant served with delicious, innovative, and well-presented dishes created by chef jose. The breakfast is varied and of high quality. A nice addition to the fresh apples and sweets that guests can help themselves at the front desk.

We reserved here for three nights in september for the Freddy Mercury celebrations. We initially came by taxi because we had bags. Check-in wasnt yet open, but we were able to leave our baggage at their office and return a few hours later. While we checked in, Peter, a lovely man who was extremely knowledgeable, checked us in. The room itself was a little smaller, but we were only there to sleep or take a shower. The lalala felt very modern and refreshing despite not being able to make significant changes owing to the structure of most montreal's hotels being very shabby chic. There was a wide selection of towels and amenities in the bathroom, which also felt very contemporary. Breakfast is simple, but there are many options available, and if you have a special requirement, the staff will help you out. Breakfast is served in a hotel restaurant, very tastefully decorated with various posters and musicians from the Montreal Jazz Festival. The bus pass is extremely useful because Lalala is fairly steep to walk up. Going down is not too horrible. We are pleased to say that we had a great time and booked again when we returned home, so we intend to stay here again next year. Highly advised!.

Although there were numerous closures, the charming proprietor made us feel very welcome. The hotel's breakfast was excellent the following morning. We had to stay a night before heading home because of border control in the couid 19 atmosphere. Our apartment had lovely mattresses, a spotless room, and a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. We purchased food and wine from a nearby coop, which we chose despite being very sorry that the restaurant was closed. Despite the restaurant's closure, she expressed her regret by offering to buy food and wine. Despite the closures, the proprietor was also very sympathetic. We had a wonderful breakfast the following morning. Both the dining area and the open kitchens were superb. I'm so sorry for us, but mainly for the proprietors that they had to close at that time. I'm hoping things will quickly resume. I would without a doubt suggest it.

We came here for three nights over the weekend to visit friends. The hotel is literally across the street from gland sub rail station. It doesn't seem attractive from the outside, but appears to be deceptive. Once inside, it is a modern, tidy environment with very friendly and helpful staff. We didn't eat dinner here, but the breakfast buffet was very decent. There are three rooms downstairs next to the reception, these are accessible rooms, and while our was a decent size, the proximity to the lobby was slightly problematic after 2200 when reception closes and some guests congregate in the lobby and can be heard clearly from the rooms. I would recommend rooms on a higher level. We had difficulty breathing inside the last night, and when we complained, we were taken care of extremely quickly and sympathetically, and the issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction. I would stay here again without a doubt.

My stay was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the amenities remained in use. The meal was excellent, especially when the chef bent over backwards to ensure that we had a nice meal when we couldn't comprehend the menu and ordered something we couldn't eat. The only improvements I'll suggest are that they train more bilingual employees or encourage those there to take other lessons, especially in English. It became quite stressful when we were unable to converse with the staff. Also, they should provide thicker window curtains, especially in the rooms across from the railway station and road. I was seated outside, particularly at night, because the lighter curtains made me feel like I was standing. I also believed it was a bit expensive, but I understand that Switzerland has one of the highest living costs in the world.

I spent almost three weeks in this amazing hotel, ideally situated between Geneva and Lasagne, close to the railway station. The staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I slept better than other hotels. I would suggest it to anyone.

The location of the electrical plugs is a nightmare in the room. Other than that everything was fine, the staff, the cleaning, the breakfast, even the location is not bad, it's 5 minutes' walk from the bus station.

When traveling from Genève to Laverne, I spent one night in Montreal. Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The lakeside train station is a 5 minute walk away. There aren't many views, but it's not far to see all the views! Even though the room was small, it was immaculate and equipped with everything you could possibly need. As it was very peaceful outside, the windows were not stuck when open. I had no reservations in recommending the hotel. Take the golden pass train later, you will see them all. Fantastic Queen Studios is also fantastic.

Prior to Couid, the personnel was extremely helpful and pleasant. As a result, my family and I frequently went to chateau bosses in the past, despite the banal cafeteria cuisine and interior renovations as some have very rightly noted. However, recently, the staff has changed and has been very unhelpful, even with older customers. We were loyal customers, but we will avoid in the future.

With great rooms and all the luxuries you expect from this standard of hotel. The spa and pool area are great with an outdoor heated pool and water massage. The gym is quite small for a hotel of this standard. 5 cardio machines, free weights and 2 muscle building machines cramped in a small room. Bonus the hotel offers a voucher for local transportation.
