This is a very nice hotel for a quick getaway. Very modern. The room we were given was a lovely corner room with double windows. Unfortunately, they could not be opened to let some air in. WiFi, to, and other issues were unreliable. The front desk clerk was exceptionally nice and helpful as was the entire staff. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. The only drawback was the hotel parking lot. It needs better signage. The blinds on the windows open whenever they feel like it, making the room not really dark at night. Apparently theyre set so even the slight breeze prevents them to break them open. The pillows on the bed were just plain uncomfortable and the bed felt like it had a hill in the middle and sloped either side. Its not particularly well situated for the main old town either. About a 15minute walk, but it was still a good weekend.

My wife and I needed a place to stay before starting our cruise on the shine river. And I wanted to make sure we had air conditioning. So, we found ourselves at the Royal Hotel. We were very happy to have done it. The receptionist could not have been more helpful, checking our room, suggesting restaurants, and even calling the taxi company to report that he thought the driver overcharged her. After a lengthy series of flights over, it was amazing. The room was perfect. Clean, modern with a hint of tradition. We loved it.

I can't say anything about rooms. I can say the location is really close to the train station. But the check-in staff was completely unfriendly. We were waiting to board our flight to madrid from Milhouse to Paris Airport to spend the night there. We have booked in advance and have received numerous emails advising us about couid safety precautions. Despite having been fully vaccinated with astrazeneca and my husband with modern, usa-issued certificate, we were prevented from entering the hotel because they could not accept reading or interpreting our certificates. I have read all the messages I have received from the hotel and none of them asked about our vaccines or told us to have a per. I have read all of the news they post on their official page, but there is no mention of that. But when we got there, they told us that we must get a per which would take more than four hours and wait for the results without getting to our room. The checking staff gave us a kind of sermon about rules of course I can understand them, but since they say it is a nonsmoking facility and informs about pet policies, it may have been better to tell us in advance that the only way to sleep in the hotel was to be a European or have a European green pass. It was an experience we will never forget. We felt rejected.

We will stay at this hotel again. We stayed for 2 nights at a location that is close to the franceswiss border on the first floor. The staff is very helpful, efficient, and professional. The bed was comfortable enough and the shower was the best! We thought the beverage dispenser which includes alcohol was clever as was the shoe shiner next to the elevator. The only drawback was there was only one chair at the desk and my husband and I had to use computers at the same time. There are no restaurants within walking distance to carry food. They gave us a free transit pass to use while staying at the hotel, but I'm not sure if this is useful for them.

It's simple and clean, it's fresh, safe, quiet. There is no lift, no closet space, only two hooks with 2 hangers, and a small bedside table, the suitcases are to be on the floor, and they were dubbed in German. Tram stops outside Sub Train Station Swiss side, 10 minutes, walking distance to old town.

I will lay out the facts for you because I was a little confused before I got in touch with you. There is an elevator that ascends to the fourth floor. Roll-in showers are provided in wheelchair-accessible rooms. A flight of stairs must be made to climb the two rooms on the fifth floor to access the bathtubs. Because it was more important to us to have a shower than to have a wheelchair-accessible room, we stayed in a room on the fifth level. The fifth-floor accommodations have air conditioning in addition! The restroom has a shower. There is also a separate bathtub, which is surrounded by rocks. Why? The bathtub sides are steep. The mattress was comfortable for us. Because the roof is inclined, the room has a sloped ceiling. Skylights and hardwood floors are also present. In room 550, there is also a glass table and a couple of chairs. We thought the front desk employees to be very cordial and helpful. There are a variety of complimentary beverages and fruits, including espresso beverages, water and tea, apricots, apples, plums, and other beverages to be bought. Breakfast and lunch are served at 13.30 a.m., and lunch are closed at 13.30. The garden is lovely.

We will definitely return to this hotel because we highly recommend it. We arrived at this hotel by chance simply because the accommodation we had reserved during airing was entirely different from what it was supposed to be. Since we were in a location that hosted a major sporting event, most hotels were already booked up. We discovered a fantastic family room in this hidden area fortunately! First of all, the room was large, lovely, and spotless! Second, the personnel are exceptional, accommodating, and friendly! When we walked to the breakfast room, the breakfast was fantastic with so many tasty options for the children, who then started running around after eating, but nobody complained, rather they engaged with the children. The hotel has a lovely garden, so the kids could spend the entire day and nobody had any complaints. Furthermore, the hotel is located in the city's center, within walking distance of which, tram stops are only a few meters away.

My goal after two nights here was to get around and explore the city. The location is good because it is close to the train station, and also close to everything else. And finally, you will get free transportation card with your stay, but because it's so simple to get around, I didn't use it.

The hotel is a bit further from the central station than what we expected from the description and located on a busy roundabout, but traffic noise was minimal inside. This is the only downside. Our executive room was spacious and very well equipped. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly hotel close to the city center and tram number 3. Large rooms, quiet and affordable. On very hot days, the ventilator helps a little, but aircorn would be better. Hotel belongs to a Christian association, but is secular and used for seminars and private stays.

Excellent employee who is always willing to assist, which you rarely find. Even though I forgot to bring a charging cable, the guys lent me one. I wasn't familiar with the shuttle service available. Rooms are spacious and spotless. Not very central, depending on where you want to go, but very good value and kind. Would stay again.

The hotel is close to the old town, and parking is provided at an extra cost. The room was small, with a safe and refrigerator in it. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. Even though I informed them that the shower soap was empty, the cleaning staff didn't change it. Do not wash the soap dispensers when cleaning a room even without telling them. Breakfast is not very good. There aren't many selections and no bacon or eggs. At breakfast, I asked if there was more ham. More was brought out, and it was very small slices that were so thin as to be almost transparent. To make a decent sandwich, you would need about 20 pieces.

I stayed here. The room was completely quiet and there is a connection lounge here. I genuinely enjoyed the concept. It's a very pleasant experience. It's a place that is shared with other travelers. The customer service is excellent, and there are good options in the cafeteria. The space is also very clean and the temperature in the room and the rest of the building is comfortable.

The room is clean all the way, and the bathroom is quite large. The hotel is also right near the light rail hub, making getting around town very easy. I have only good things to say.

It's not worth it for a small budget, but for business travel. This hotel comes with a reception, which only exists throughout the day. It then needs a machine to register. Save money but lack character. Large enough rooms, in orange and yellow, and those who have good memory of cheap flight chaps with the same name may get this orange.
