I always like staying at the Park Stand. It's a home away from home with nice staff that are always friendly and professional. Particularly Monica, Claudia, and Lucia from the cleaning team were very helpful and friendly.

The alpine is a must visit! Benjamin, the concierge, was the absolute best. I heartily endorse this fantastic hotel. The rooms were kept immaculately clean. The cleaning staff always outperformed my expectations.

I highly recommend this place. This hotel is in a great location. The employees here were very kind and were very helpful. I got the best service here. I also really like the food they serve at the restaurants. I want to thank them again for everything.

The best customer service, that exceeds all expectations. The concierge is rich in what he can fit into his schedule. It's like a slice of heaven on earth. Food quality in all restaurants and choices are amazing. The spa is yet a rich place to pamper you. Children are also looked after in detail and entertainment.

We had a wonderful two-night stay here. The owner is a very friendly host and the rooms are lovely and have great views. The restaurant is so charming and authentic with a delicious dinner and breakfast menu. Will definitely return!

We recently returned from a two-night stay at the Sunthorn hotel in Laudern. Despite their hectic schedules, the staff is extremely polite, accommodating, and kind. Even the proprietor, the employees make an effort to respond to every inquiry. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities you require. The mattresses are cozy. For a three-star hotel, breakfast is delicious, with everything you could possibly need for the day and the wonderful outlook from the patio. The range of mountains greet us when we eat breakfast every morning. We also had dinner at the restaurant, the cuisine is delicious, and my husband enjoys their selection of prices. Everyone who wants to visit Laureen should only come to this hotel, I can think of.

At the Alpine Resort in Stand, we stayed for nine nights and it was really beautiful. The hotel is not cheap but we had a great time and will be back next year. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service is very attentive. The cuisine is amazing. The scenery is amazing.

One of the most beautiful places on earth, and the alpine compliments its beauty. The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding. It was one of the most comfortable places we have ever stayed. We can't wait to go back soon.

This hotel is 5 star, and you get unbeatable value for your money with this kind of historic adventure in the Switzerland. The restaurant and cuisine are second to none. The village river gives the best sound and on Friday evenings there is sometimes folk music in the restaurant. The rooms are cozy and have a balcony with amazing views, and every thing is made of wood.

This is a modern high-tech hotel with all the facilities you would expect from a five-star luxury hotel. However, do not come with incredibly high expectations because despite the infrastructure and friendly service staff, the rest need much improvement, especially at check-in and check-out, the quality and variety of breakfast that is lacking, and the very odd concierge desk staff that lacks the human touch of luxury hospitality. Unless you are a rich Arab, you will feel a bit ripped off because the additional fee is insane.

Ive stayed at the palace twice already, and I will be back in the summer. The rooms, the view, the food, the spa, and the service are all excellent. The attention to detail is evident in almost every corner of this hotel.

We are going to return. We had the great pleasure of staying a week at this upscale hotel seated in a stunning location. We went to play tennis with our grandchildren, but we had an experience that far exceeded our expectations. Where should I begin? The rooms, food, and amenities are the finest. But there's more. The staff. They were present at every turn and were so friendly and accommodating, it felt like visiting a longtime friend. The waiter, bellhop, front desk, housekeeping, and spa. All spoke well and grinding. They made us feel at home when contacting visitors from all over the world. No request was too small or simple, and all responses were friendly.

This is my third stay at the palace during August 2022. I stayed here for a third time to compete with roy Emerson, a tennis icon. So much so, I decided to come back here again. All of it is perfect, as is the luxury room with mountain view, service, spa and food.

In august 2022, I spent a third time at the palace to play another tennis week with Royal Emerson a true tennis legend. My experience at this hotel was comparable to the previous two. Everything was excellent, including the luxurious room with a mountain view, the service, the spa, and the cuisine, so much so that I'll be back next summer.

Incredible peace and quiet high in the mountains. We have a double room on the ground floor. The spring is just under the window, it's great to sleep hearing the water flowing so close. Personal is incredibly kind and helpful. breakfast is tasty. The room is very clean and has all natural materials.

I spent one night while traveling with friends. The hotel is in a nice position close to attractions, but far enough away to be reasonably priced for Switzerland. The hotel is typically simple and minimalistic, but offers items like face flannels etc that you would expect from more upscale hotels. Good continental breakfast. Keep in mind that not all standard rooms have toilets, regardless of the website description Ours only had a shower and basin and the hotel was full, so there was no option but to grudgingly accept. It is important for you to confirm exactly what facilities are in your room when booking. It would have given it a four-star rating if it had matched the description.
