This was the best accommodation I experienced during my trip in Europe. The owners were incredibly kind and generous, and the breakfast was very comprehensive, offering cheese, meat, eggs, bread, juice, coffee, and more. On the second day, we had to check out early, and the owners even prepared packed sandwiches, juice, and other items for us. They also gifted us two packs of chocolate. Additionally, they assisted us in obtaining free bus passes, which even covered travel to Interlaken, saving us dozens of euros. The owners were very friendly and approachable, making our stay feel unique, like staying at a relative’s home. I will definitely return to this place if I visit Switzerland again. For potential guests, a few things to consider: the bathroom is shared between two rooms, but fortunately, the other room was unoccupied during our stay, so it wasn’t an issue. The access to the upper floors involves a narrow wooden staircase, which might be challenging when carrying heavy luggage and could be noisy if many people are going up and down. Also, there is no air conditioning or fan, but the cool Swiss weather made this unnecessary. Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially the top-floor room with a castle view.
