The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. The receptionist is quite friendly. The room size is not very big, but it's suitable for a night stay. The location is in the middle of the city, and some restaurants are not far away. Clean rooms!.

When you see the beauty of this resort, you anticipate a unique high-quality experience. And then, once there, the majority of the staff will be pleasant. Everything else falls short. We traveled an hour and a half from Milan to this location. The pictures and affidavit online proved that it was worthwhile. The pool area is fantastic. The top view is excellent. Then you get to your room, and you think this doesn't feel like a room of $ 350 a night. We call down and ask for food. And there it goes, the horror story of Italian villa type hotels kitchen hours. You don't make kitchen hours, you don't eat. Period. But your thinking when a hotel gives itself a 5 star rating, isn't it necessary to serve food? Anyway, kitchen is closed was the reality. So we had to wait. Dinner time came, and we were tired, so we asked to order the room. Now I'm all for luxury resorts charging me expensive for fine dining. But the food was okay. Budget hotel level okay. However, that's not good enough for a resort at this price. So we had to leave on the third day because we had to leave at 6 am, which was way before check-out time. They refused. The second time, we asked to cancel the third night, but they rejected. They rejected. And

I stayed there for 2 days and I would do so again. One mile south of the railway station on a major road with bus service. Halfway on the lakefront. Clean, peaceful, and well maintained. Added extra was a balcony.

Excellent value for the money in Lake Logan! Despite being in heaven, it is only a short walk by the lake to the center of Logan. This hotel provides cheap parking if you are traveling in a car. Check-in is easy and the room is simple but clean and comfortable, with a good air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

It's far outside of town and the bus stops outside where we recently stayed. The restaurant is basic, we stayed for one night and had a good experience. There isn't really a bar, just a waiting area for the restaurant. The breakfast was ok and the coffee was much better. The facilities are selfservice. Our room was tiny and basic but clean. The shower was great. The staff could use a bit more kindness and help, particularly the front desk - no smiles at all. Richard, our server, was a lovely young man. Maybe he could train all the others in customer service.

The hotel was welcoming and safe in relation to covid 19, with masks to be worn in the hotel, screens at the front desk, and plenty of hand sanitizer available. We could recommend going to the guesthouse again in general. While staying in Logan for a couple of nights, the guesthouse pleasantly surprised us. It is conveniently situated between the train station and the heart of town. The rooms are roomy and welcoming. The two triple rooms, which we had two, had some distinct features. For example, my companion's room had more cushions than ours, and I would have preferred another cushion on my bed. A little rubbish in the closets made the rooms spotless. I would also like an extra bin in the bathroom because it required us to utilize the kitchen bin. Pricing 15. For kitchen equipment, it seems a little silly since all rooms include a kitchen, but 15. Isn't it ridiculous?

This small hotel is quite far from the bus station where we arrived, but close to the railway station. The room is quiet, the breakfast is plentiful, and the price is very fair, especially for Switzerland.

I spent 2 nights there this summer. Loved the very central location near the fun, 5 minutes from the sub station and 5 minutes from the see. The room looks renovated and clean despite the corridor looks old. Confit bed good air conditioning.

We booked our suite for the special offer the day of rest. We had a bottle of prosecco and amaretto in the room, a private entrance to the sauna and steam bath for an hour, and a massage for 2 hours in the privacy of our room. Parking space reserved and Tocino ticket. Our suite 232 has a million dollar view of the lake of Logan. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was spacious with all toiletries required. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous with everything we needed, extremely efficient service, there was an egg corner with a chef so you can order your eggs to your liking. The receptionists are all very professional and friendly. We can recommend the suitenhotel marco paradise to anyone visiting Logan and look forward to visiting the hotel again very soon.

We were staying 2 nights while on a family vacation. It was an excellent location overlooking the lake. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful. The wifi worked well and I could finish my work overlooking the lake in the evening.

Incredibly professional and friendly service. A hotel in the heart of Logan with rooms occupying one whole floor of a building with multiple offices, etc. Spacious rooms for a 3-star hotel, we had a triple room with a direct open view to the lake, just like in the pictures, no fakes. There is a bar below the balcony, one feels much better than those in the bar sitting on the balcony with coffee and a glass of something above them. Big bathroom with bath, no separate shower. Comfortable bed, we slept with earplugs even though the window's isolation is somewhat good but it's still quite close to the road. Breakfast is good, you can take food to our terrace and end the meal with an incredible view, hotel staff is very flexible, we could leave the car till afternoon on the check-out day while walking in logan. We stayed for 2 nights and felt very well and welcome. The garage is very strange because it is underground, the entrance is through the luxury store area, so you drive between the shops after they open the garage. We would return because good value for money for logan prices.

Absolutely great, lovely hotel! We celebrated our one-year wedding anniversary and am so grateful we chose it. The service was first-rate and attentive. Excellent location. By bus or train, one stop from the center of Logan. We never waited for more than 15 minutes. The Funicula, which connects to Monte Saluda, is also a short walk away, but even with a tocino card, you must pay for that one. First of all, if you arrive with big luggage, like us, take a taxi! Since there is no room key in the hotel, public transportation is not available. You pass through 10 levels, and then you enter via the back door, which is where you don't have access without a room key. When we got there, our room wasn't ready, so we went to town, and when we got back through the back door, we didn't have a key, and the intercom also didn't work. To open the door for us, I had to contact the hotel via cellphone. The rooms are tidy and spacious. When we got to our room, we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and a card of praise. It was a little sad for me because a 10-franc water bottle was sold at the hotel bar inside the refrigerator, which was much more expensive than at the michelin star eatery. However,

We had a very good experience at the hotel because the check-in staff was very kind and clear. Walking distance to the city center and lake side. Room was very nice and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Simple but complete and with a great vibe thanks to mars. Kata will definitely return next time I'm in Luzon.

This hotel was very clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. I stayed here for 2 days and would stay there again. This hotel is on a major road with bus service about a mile from the railway station. The place is also close to the lake.

My daughter found this motel because she wanted to take us to Logan as a treat because we hadn't seen her and her family in nearly two years. The hotel was great placed on the lake front near all the shops and restaurants. The view from our window overlooking the lake was spotless and perfect for us Breakfast was what I would have expected from a three-star hotel and had everything we needed staff were friendly and helpful especially the receptionists. Overall, we would have been very happy to recommend the hotel. Would have awarded it 5 stars, but we frequently stay in four-star hotels, so it's difficult to be objective. Perhaps 4.

We spent two tranquil days here at the beginning of our trip to Europe while adjusting to the new time zone. Great value and I would highly recommend it. Large, roomy, and clean rooms. Despite the fact that they are big, they do not have the most modern furnishings, and even the beds, sofa, and towels were quite comfortable. Chose this hotel primarily to relax by the outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub, spa sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and relaxation rooms. We weren't let down. The indoor pool and spa were quiet and relaxing. Although the outdoor pool was booked more frequently, we were always able to locate chairs and an umbrella. The indoor pool was heated. The outdoor pool was not. Also huge, with numerous equipment, classes, etc. We didn't use them. From the property, including our room, the outdoor infinity pool, the bar, and restaurant terraces. Convenient location. Even with bags, it is simple to walk to and from the train station. Walk down to the city center and the receptionist will show you the shortcut to the back of the property with bars, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. We thought logan was very valuable, and two days were the ideal amount of time to explore at a leisurely pace. Excellent service.
