The room was great. The bed was comfy and clean. You'll get 2 Kaga Chocolate for your welcome snack. The shower running well with hot water. If you go there in summer, you can put your water in the fridge so when you need cold beverages you can easily consume it. The staff was polite, helpful, and professional. Mr. Allak is a great manager, he make sure you get best experience when you stay. And also, he can speak 5 languages so you can easily communicate with him. You can also call or message them via email to make sure your stay and they will fast response yours. Very helpful. Easy access for families. Quiet suburban atmosphere. Child-friendly and sincere staff. For sure, I'll stay there again next year.

I adore this location just outside of Zurich and would stay here frequently, but Ive frequently been sick from them. The waiter joked about food allergies while we were there on our last visit and then knowingly brought multiple food items discussed that two members of our party were unable to consume to our table. If the food was better, I would schedule many big events here. Its unfortunate that there are several local businesses doing much better jobs providing modern, nutritious, and very highquality alternatives that build on Swiss tradition. Ive got a group coming in October, and this would be my location, but cant book here owing to the poor quality of food preparation and treatment. Also, individuals should be aware that this is not the hotels fault, but it is important to know that this hotel is on the flight path to Zurich Airport. Many planes fly very low over the hotel even in the early hours of the morning. It was difficult to get a restful nights sleep.

I would strongly suggest the Hotel Tibia. I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Tibia in utter and reserved a room on the ground floor. The room was lovely, clean, and all the furniture was new. A large desk and a comfortable chair are available. Everything worked, and the bed was comfortable. Checking was automated at the checking machine. I could check and pay with my credit card. I had a plastic card key that opened all doors. I liked the croissant in the morning with a cafe or tea that was available in the morning. There is an outdoor table and chairs to use. The hotel is approximately a minute walk from the station. There are restaurants and stores at the station. For those who wish to see Zurich, the train takes about 30 minutes to Zurich stadehofen. By train, it takes about 30 minutes to get to Zurichs airport. In addition, Utter has a pool on the lake and access to the greifensee lake. Take the local bus, which will get you to the lake or walk about 30 minutes on foot. The only drawback to the hotel, which was a little annoying, is that the train track is roughly close to the hotel. Otherwise, the tiny road in front of the motel is fairly peaceful. I loved that.

Overall, this hotel is very good, it was very clean and cleaned by the housekeeping every day, even on Sundays. It is also very new and looks very trendy. It also worked as well when self check in, just keep in mind that it is next to the 247 zoo rail line, so you may hear the noise from that if you check in.

This hotel is a 30 meters track from the train station, so you can hear rumbling every 15 minutes and the internet keeps disconnecting every few minutes.

The location is excellent, with a view of the lake. The check-in staff is helpful. The room is average. Breakfast was of poor quality, and the service was average. I ate bread rolls in the freezer which were cold from the inside.

I adore this location just outside Zurich and would stay here quite frequently, but Ive fallen ill multiple times due to their refusal or ignorance of food allergies. When we last went, the waitress did a joke about allergies and then knowingly delivered multiple food items weve discussed that two members of our party could not eat to our table. If the food was better, Id schedule a lot of large events here. Its unfortunate that there are many neighborhood businesses doing much better job of offering very highquality, locallysourced, healthy, modern options built on Swiss tradition. This is not one of those places. I have a group coming in October and this would be my place of choice, but cannot reserve here due to poor treatment and quality of food preparation. It is also important to note that this is not the hotels fault, but that this hotel is on the road to Zurich airport. Some mornings, early at 6 am, many planes fly extremely low over the hotel. It was difficult to get a good nights sleep.

We had a nice stay at this hotel that has a spectacular view of Lake. But it can be seen from the small room. The restaurant and hotel atmosphere were very quiet, but at night or early in the morning, we heard voices from other hotels.

This is an outstanding hotel. It is situated on a hill with a beautiful view and you can see the stunning views when you look out the window. Plus, the food is very delicious. The employees are very friendly. They have been reading our minds. When and what do we want to order. I would come back at any time. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
