This hotel is located in a more peaceful and historic area of taipei. The prices are very reasonable because of that, but the rooms are also very efficient in proportion. I think it is mainly suited as if it were arranged as part of an excellent package. There is no buzz, no hotel amenities, just straight forward rooms with comfortable beds. Everything you need is provided, including bottled water.

This hotel is perfect for female solo travelers. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff was very friendly. It was the ideal starting point for exploring the old street, discovering the food scene, tea shops, vintage clothing, or small coffee shops.

The room was soundproof, which was fantastic because i care so much about my sleep. After, the employees were very accommodating and kind. Subsequently, this place is close to the old town of taipei with lots of markets and street food. Hereafter, they have an excellent position, just a short 10minute walk from the mrt that will take you everywhere in tianpeis! Thereupon, theres an amazing atmosphere with unique rooms!

The room was somewhere between a dorm and accomodation. We never asked for hints, but the staff was incredibly friendly and spoke english fluently. Although the room we chose didnt have ten windows, it wasnt unpleasant. There is wifi and shower in the bathroom. I thought it was an old building, yet it turned out to be clean and not unpleasant there. Ningxia night market, carrefour, Linhüata tea shop, di hun jones, were all nearby. Additionally, there were several restaurants close to the hotel that served delicious fried rice, pasta,

We spent five days here. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the location. Dihua street is only a 10minute walk away, while the subway is just ten minutes away. A pleasant park or temple is located on the corner, and there is s convenience store across the street. For visitors, we advise visiting the nearby night market, which is about idly 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Once you reach moan road, turn left from your front doors and continue walking for tense 10 mins.

We stayed here seven years ago, but i dont think things have changed much. The rooms are all small, yet neatly and tastefully decorated with retro or vintage china decor. Everything is designed to look like the past, giving it a very unique feel and distinctive atmosphere. We havent remained anywhere else like it. Our double room was quite small but comfortable enough. There is no lift or lift, so you would have to climb the stairs, however, your luggage can be carried up by securing ties with specialized pulley system they have in place, saving you from having to do the heavy lifting because there isn't an elevator or elevator, which means youll haveto go up the steps. Overall, its incredibly centrally located, making it an excellent hotel that is simple yet unique.

Recommended! I had a great time at Ximendings very nice hotel. The hotels thoughtful decor on every floor and room is reflected in its rich history. Despite the historic structure and district, the hotel appliances are brand new and in excellent condition. Its immaculate, and the owner is really polite and speaks english. Booking platforms have given it prestigious ratings. For the region, pricing is quite reasonable.

I highly recommend staying here! During our brief oneweek vacation in taiwan, my companion and i stayed there twice. The proprietor was friendly and welcoming. Even at a late hour and due to my lack of initial communication, they promptly resolved my booking issue and promptly accommodated it. They also graciously set up supper for us because we were leaving for the airport at 4 oclock during our previous visit. As others have noted, there is no lift or elevation, and some of the steps are rather steep, which is important for everyone. Additionally, as others previously stated, that there may be ambiguity between the two rooms we remained in and those shared on this website by others. Our second room had no refrigerator and was considerably smaller, making it difficult for two people to maneuver around. If you arrive at night, the sidewalk can get quite dark, but the neighbors are friendly enough to direct you. A family mart is located just across the street from the hotel, or if you prefer reusable rubber shoes, ill advise switching from disposable slippers to disposable ones because it became dangerously slippery after showering to get to the sink or toilet. But overnight, it dried out! The air conditioning worked flawlessly, providing utmost comfort from an oppressive august heat outside. For the upcoming yphoon and rainy season, umbrellas could also be borrowed! Once again, many thanks

I stayed in this charming hotel for five nights. It is located in the daodaocheng neighborhood of old Taipei, and you can walk to a row of shops within minutes. I even strolled to the ningxia night market. If you want to get to downtown, the bus stop is right across the street. There are food stands and convenience stores nearby, so you wont go hungry at all. The room is cozy and peaceful. Every day, it is cleaned. Sleeping like he was slept like baby. Basic amenities are sufficient. Im grateful that the air conditioner has heaters, which is helpful in winter! If takeout food is provided, you may use the common kitchen area. One more star for the front desk staff who is always helpful, friendly, or has ear for music. Sorry, i didnt get your name!.
