Very good for a basic budget hotel. The room balcony has saggy views. A short walk from the main street near the beach, so its quiet. Would appreciate some basic glasses and cups in the room, i clean the rooms air conditioning and also provide 2 room keys. Also, there is tastier shower curtain so the floors arent all wet.5.0/514 Oct 2023

This place is in a great location, its close to the busy area but far enough away that you wont hear much so you can sleep well. The staff was friendly and could ask for room service later until around 3 pm. It has balconies so its nice, one side faces the beach while the other is facing new construction so it gives 050 views. Be careful if you are unable to manage it because it is on top of soaring hills and there are 4 floors. Beds were quite hard. That was the only thing that didnt make this rated 5 stars. Overall, i would give this hotel three out of five stars. I recently stayed at top view in ao nang, and ive thought it was ok overall. The location was excellent, as was the option to rent sytayed mopeds for transportation. Although nothing exceptional, the rooms were adequate. However, its reasonable price was an added bonus. It wasnt the most amazing place dwelt ill ever visit, but it certainly did the job and wasn't breaking the bank. If you have ten nights in Aonang then utmost likely think about staying here.4.6/516 May 2023

The negative reviews really dont understand us. We had a great time here! The location is ideal! It takes only three minutes to get to the beach. The rooms were recently renovated and are spacious. Also, the bathroom was brand new and excellent. Although the air conditioning appeared dated, it was still functional. Who needs that anyway? The television is quite old, but this one was among the cleanest weve stayed in in several hotels across Thailand over the past few weeks! Wifi was flawlessly functioning. I highly recommend staying here. When we checked out, we encountered unforeseen problems with our transfer, even though we had booked it online. Even though it had been reserved online, receptionist was extremely helpful and even called to assist us when we left. 10 out of 10.4.4/513 Aug 2023
