Propriedade logo no pier, de fácil acesso, silenciosa, perto de tudo! Andando pela ilha, acredito que seja a melhor localizada! Tudo muito novo e bem cuidado. Café da manha excelente, funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. Fácil acesso para passeios em alto mar, como passeios na ilha. Logo no primeiro dia tive que solicitar um retrabalho da limpeza, que precisa de um pouco mais de atenção, mas fui super bem atendida e tive a solicitação bem assistida. Outro ponto, que não tinha ficado claro durante a reserva, é a solicitação de um dinheiro 2k TBH logo na chegada, como um calção, esteja preparado com o dinheiro em espécie. No mais, fornecem toalhas, bolsa de praia, chinelos, comida de qualidade, serviço acima da média pra ilha com um preço justo e acessível. E reforço a simpatia da equipe.

O hotel é bem moderno e do lado do pier, o que facilitou bastante a nossa chegada em Phi Phi. O café da manhã é estilo buffet e servido em um restaurante anexo. Ficaria nele facilmente se voltasse para a ilha.
