Pro: comfortable, clean, the male receptionist is super friendly & always smiles, good wifi, location in front of the main street so it's easy for taxi navigation, affordable Contra: hard mattresses, convenience stores, and the local market can be reached via walking at least 250m

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad gebucht. Das Zimmer war schön auf Eck gelegen mit großer Glasfront zur Hauptstraße hinaus. Die Schnellstraße im Rücken des Hostels hört man nicht. Die Straße vor der Tür schon, aber wo in Bangkok ist es schon ruhig. Das Hostel scheint noch relativ neu zu sein. Auf dem Dach stehen Waschmaschinen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut. Nicht so im Touristenzenteum und nah zur Metrostation Hua Lumpong, sowie 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Orange Flag Boat Line (empfehlenswert um schnell und günstig den Grand Palace usw. zu erreichen). Frühstück Auswahl aus drei Menüs und ausreichend. Aber hier nicht zu große Erwartungen. Personal sehr nett. Ich hatte meinen Pass, Bargeld, ... zunächst im Zimmer vergessen, sodass wir auf dem Weg zum Flughafen noch einmal umdrehen mussten. Nach kurzem Anruf konnte ich alles schnell an der Rezeption abholen und sofort weiter.

Location is centrally located. Traveling to tourist spot is a breeze using grab. 5mins from hua lumphong station. Only minus is there is nothing to shop nearby.

My mom and I had a great stay at Rest24 Hostel!Everything was in a very minimalistic modern style and we had everything we needed. The hostel is located within 5-7minutes of walking distance from the Hua Lamphong station exit 4. The staff is very friendly and even helped us with getting to our next destination. The neighborhood is not the best,but it's close to MRT and that was not a big deal. Definetely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a clean and affordable place to stay in Bangkok!:)
