Nice new hotel at a great location. Kind of noisy because of some construction being done nearby.. can’t really fault the hotel for that though! Good value, clean and nice personnel!

Good price, good location. Inbetween Walking street and the norther malls. Accross the street there are numerous food options as well. And every night they have the bar trucks and some local food pops serving food. This was my 2nd stay while I was visiting Pattaya so I must of liked it to stay again.

This place is perfect if you are looking for a place to stay in Patties for a couple of nights. The room was clean, clean, comfortable and quiet. It's really convenient to travel to other places and easy to get food. All in all good.

The hotel is lovely, modern, and immaculate. A couple can fit in a room that has enough space. Breakfast is not included and there is no elevator provided. The girl at the front desk was so polite and helpful in directing the nearby laundry. The beach and many restaurants are also nearby. Walking street is one of the most popular areas in the city at night and only takes about minutes to walk. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to patty.

I had a good idea to stay here because of how well located it is. The area is the only positive. In the description of my room, there was a queen bed with no windows. This isnt accurate since I had a fullsize bed and two windows. The bathroom window cannot be closed and has to be opened into the alley directly next to the bars. The other window opens into the hallway. My apartment was constantly being filled with noise. I attempted to roll a towel into the bathroom window. Every day, the bar closes at 3 oclock, the housekeepers appear, singing, and banging around. They refused to let me be quiet. I had to request the rooms quiet every day and they said it was funny. I protested, but it was none good. That was the main issue. The bed was firm and you had to bring your key. It wasnt a big deal that there is an elevator. People came and went at any hour, banging doors and talking in the corridors. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed. Even during the day, I experienced virtually no sleep there. The front desk personnel was helpful enough, but anything longer than a night or two is excessive. I remained there for five nights.

The cleanliness of this hotel is excellent, it has a private bathroom and shower. We were given soap and shampoo, acorn, but the wifi was only functional the first night and was only available in the lobby afterwards. They called the technician early in the morning.

Rooms are clean and bigger than it looks. I was lucky to get a window for my rooms. There was a problem with the sink and they were able to take care of it the next day. As a note, there's no elevator in the hotel so if you have luggage, you'll have to use the stairs to carry it up. Locations is perfect distance to the beach and to other areas around the city. Be aware that during the night time, it might get a little loud if your room is near the streets since people play loud music around the area.

A new small hotel in downtown ceter. Only one car parking for one car, but they gave us the best service. Everything is easy to get arround this hotel, clean and new beds gave us a very good sleep.

I will probably look into this hotel on my next visit. Clean rooms helpful staff. Good price. Only thing lacking in the room is a safe. I did not have any problems. I would possibly not recommend these rooms to a smoker because there is no balcony. I am a non smoker, so no problem. I originally booked 2 nights to see if I liked it. I stayed an additional week after the initial booking.

위치는 기가막히게 좋습니다. 아쉬운건 세면대는 따뜻한물이 안나옵니다. 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 냉장고 작은것이 진짜 성능 좋았습니다. 다른점은 다 좋았습니다.
