Unfortunately, my first flight to bangkok was canceled, so i arrived a day late and only stayed one night. The rooms are great, the amenities are also good, and the staff are very friendly. Its a bit far from the city center and most tourist attractions. It takes some time to reach the nearest bus or train station. Apart from that, a great stay!.

The hostel is spotless, and there are excellent social areas such as a restaurant and a cozy bean bag area. Water is always provided, which is always a bonus! The staff was pleasant. The rooftop area is really nice, however be careful as the metal steps are black and can get quite hot!.

Kami tinggal di Hostel Musim Panas Tropis dan tinggal di sana selama dua malam. Itu sempurna untuk masa inap kami. Check-in agak bergelombang karena kami tidak masuk ke sistem. Namun, mereka dengan cepat mengatasi masalah ini dan menyediakan ruang untuk kami. Sayangnya, tidak ada jendela di kamar dan hanya ada jendela kecil di kamar mandi. Tapi itu sangat bersih dan bagus untuk hostel. Layanan ini sangat baik ketika kami ingin pergi dan mereka memesan taksi untuk membawa kami ke bandara.

The best food with a great atmosphere. The staff is super cool, always friendly and helpful. The perfect place to go and meet new people while having a drink, food or just hanging out. Nothing to complain about this place.

I stayed there in august and lived in luxury! One of the staff women i saw every morning was friendly and patient. The shared spaces were beautiful, comfortable and chill. The beds and pods were spacious and comfortable. I also had plenty of space to store my luggage. I would definitely stay there again.

I was happy to stay there again on my way out of the country, and i will definitely stay there anytime i am in bangkok. A cute and quiet place to stay. The hostel is spotless, and the staff is very nice and helpful. Their krapow is possibly the best ive ever had. Coffee is also great, and everything is very reasonably priced.

I stayed at tropical summer cafe and hostel for one week. I chose to stay here because the host was so helpful, kind and caring. Francis was very accommodating in carrying my heavy luggage up two flights of stairs, he also gave me a list of safe places to visit near the hostel. My room was a double private room, all self contained, clean and tidy. The hostel offered cleaning and laundry services, the food on site was good, and francis was kind enough to help me buy food from street vendors. On my birthday, he threw me a small birthday party and after his work shift he offered to take a group of us out for a night out on the streets. I met some very amazing people during tropical summer, people who were genuine, which made my stay even more epic. So if youre looking for a place to stay and feel cared for and looked after in a completely strange environment thsy is not your everyday life community, i recommend staying here. The host and staff do not allow nonresident members to enter the property for safety reasons. After 9 pm the doors automatically lock so all staying members have to use guest key card to come and go from the property. Honestly, come and take a look for yourself.

Lokasinya agak di luar kawasan wisata, namun kami dapat menjelajahi kawasan tersebut dengan lebih baik dengan berjalan kaki yang menurut kami sangat menawan. Nikmati pemandangan dari atap dengan smoothie mangga yang lezat! Hotel ini sangat bersih dan sangat tidak rumit, apa pun yang kami minta, semuanya mungkin dan semua orang sangat ramah. Kami juga dapat meninggalkan barang-barang kami di sana setelah check-out tanpa masalah.

The cafe is excellent and reasonably priced, and the staff provides excellent customer service. Although there isnt much elbow room here, it is still a fair amount of space, especially considering the rates they offer for lodging. I had enough room to store all of my luggage, so there werent any significant issues. Im grateful, everyone!.

The hostel is centrally located. The host, francisco, is very helpful. There are many backpackers here with similar interests. Its very easy to find. They also serve coffee in the lobby. There is also a cafe nearby where you can have a quick bite.

I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to bangkok. Excellent place with great attention to cleanliness and overall quality. My only complaint might be that the rooftop was a little smaller than anticipated and that the location requires some walking to the nearest station, but that didnt significantly affect my experience enough to give it less than 5 stars. Also, prices are reasonable. Francis is incredibly cool and helpful, as many people have mentioned here! It even reached a point where he goes out with other guests, which is something i havent experienced in other hostels.

I had a great onenight stay here, the staff was friendly, and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and i felt my bags were safe there as well thanks to the keypad locked doors they had for each room. I will be back there when im in the area, and i highly recommend this hostel.

If i return to bangkok, i will without a doubt stay here again. This location is pretty fantastic. Francis goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and familiar with himself. One night, he even took us to khaosan road with a sizable party. There was a leak in the bedroom at one point, and the beds are a touch firm.

I would give them a full 5star rating. I was sadly scammed in Bangkok, so i arrived at this hostel quite late. Francis is a nice man who shares me lots of helpful tips on traveling and helps me become better. Room service is great as toilets and bathrooms are always clean, free water and hygienic. Such a family atmosphere, hope to change to be back there in the future. Thank you for your service, tropical staff.

Strongly recommended. Excellent idea that meets the needs of young travelers seeking affordable travel and a genuine living experience at this hostel. Situated just a 15minute walk from mahanakhorn tower, the sky train is easily accessible, and there are numerous restaurants nearby. Above all, the staff were courteous and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.

I highly recommend khob khun. Arrived later than anticipated, checked in at 20.50 h, the kitchen was still open for food, and i had a few cold ones after a 48 hour journey! The staff was very friendly, the ac was nice and cool, and the location was good with shops and restaurants nearby. Clear instructions such as no shoes, no noise, comfortable bed with privacy, electricity, and separate storage! Very nice experience, and they graciously allowed me to store my luggage for the day after checkout and let me take a shower in the evening.
