So far so good. Very well located. Nice modern and clean room. Western style bathroom with independent shower. Table and seat in the room and on the balcony. Soundproofing is good, great air conditioning. Toaster, kettle, cuttlery and plates. Daily cleaning, water bottles, coffee and tea. Kirk is easily reachable by email and answers quickly. 7/11 stores right on a beach corner. Fresh market is on opposite side 4 times yearly. Walk to the beach takes about 5 minutes.

Our time here was fantastic. The beach is only a short stroll away, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Its easy to find if you dont mind basic accommodations and are independent. Spending some money here isnt advisable unless you want to focus on doing actually enjoyable things nearby because you are freethinking and dont care about basic lodging. While youre there, say hello to tiger the cat!.

I have a room on the top floor and it has been great! Checkin was t ominous at 10 pm. You have to call id to let them know youre there and its busy for about 15 minutes but once she answered she was there within 5 minutes to allow me in. Ive stayed for 3 nights and still have 4 nights. The ace works great, the bed is comfortable and relatively quiet at night. Close to the beach and if you want to volunteer at soi dog the bus stop is only sanded for 2 minutes. But avoiding the laundry service next door because they lost my expensive lululemon leggings.

This place is a waste. The bedroom accommodation is lovely, clean, and has all the amenities you need. There is no parking, so you have to find sand to park around. Overall good, reasonable price.

I recently stayed at vacation time while visiting naiyang beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds are very firm! Housekeeping wasnt done daily, but we made do. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.
