This place was my first time staying here. When I was there in Kara I stayed at the Hilton Garden and it was better and cheaper. There is no alcohol allowed, which may be a problem for some, but the to had a lovely free breakfast, and there was nice rooftop seating. Also good internet connection.

When I brought this up, they told me I wish I told you at check out, so we could book a room at Grd Floor! After a long day and early morning, it was nice to discover a place to stay for a comfortable bed in a nice room. The bathroom was vast, and the room was quite big. Breakfast was delicious, there was a lot to eat, and there was plenty of tea for this reason. A visitor who may want to leave early on a highway or travel to an airport without a fuss can find a great location to stay. If you have a meeting or want to go sightseeing, it is also a great location. The only downside is they do not promote smoking or they permit smokers to smoke.

We were staying at the Excellence Inn for 8 nights and it was very memorable and impressive! The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, clear and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. In conclusion, it was one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Thank you, everyone, for the warm meeting.

It was a disappointment for me. This hotel offers numerous facilities, such as a spa, gym, and swimming pool. The hotel is tidy and has nice rooms. I stayed there for three and a half months. I had a great time because I was also recuperating from a kidney transplant. The largest gripe from non-turkish speakers is language, where most of the staff only speak Turkish, which can be extremely unpleasant. Ordering any service is really a test of patience, and on 810, they always get it wrong. I also lost brand-new shoes that vanished from my room, and the staff were extremely unhelpful, and nobody took any action. I was unable to recover my shoes or find out what happened to them. Breakfast is delicious, and the wifi is fast, but some areas are not.

Nice hotel with a good location. The room is clean but the air conditioning isn't working so either the room is too hot or open the window and listen to the traffic. The restaurant is ok, the food options are limited. It would be nice to have a few more Turkish dishes. Breakfast was good, reasonable selection.

All the receptionists are very good at their job. If you need anything they will help you. They do their best to make you feel good and happy. Thanks especially to bellboy, boss, clean, did, eye, supervisor.

They have an excellent service, from the time I arrived until I left. They have smiling faces, clean rooms, and comfortable and large rooms. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who needs it.

I will give you a detailed description of this place. We have stayed here before, and we contacted them in advance to arrange rooms and lodgings for several days. They were incredibly kind and accommodating. Our family was traveling on the first night in two separate cars, my wife was unable to make it, and we only had one additional room, with no one remaining. The first night, my wife could not make it, and we had one more room. Around midnight, I called the front desk and said they were unable to get it. They typically charge you for the room wherever you are, but they assured me that they have a customer and won't charge me anything. Even when they reduced the room I was staying in for a double occupancy, they gave me a break for a single charge. My receptionist, my Burn and Scrap, and my restaurant and is. My housekeeping, they made sure our three-day stay was nothing but a success. Many thanks.

My three-night stay was on the first floor of a room that was ok, very silent, and that's important. But, the elevator is quite slow, so if the hotel is fully booked, this could be an issue in terms of time. Additionally, climbing the stairs with luggage is not a feasible option to get to the elevator. Breakfast is okay, especially now that there is no self-service and everyone feared masks. Friendly receptionists are also happy to assist and to call someone to pull the luggage up to the stairs. Nice terrace where you can sip Starbucks while enjoying the fresh air and sun.

The hotel's location was very good. The room is clean but no AC in the room. It's either too hot or you can open the window to listen to the traffic. The restaurant is fine, the menu is limited. You can check more Turkish dishes here. The breakfast was good, the selection is reasonably priced.

When we return to Kara, this will undoubtedly be the hotel of choice. This is the hotel to stay at in this area, and in fact, if you don't mind using the subway, the closest subway stop is a few minutes away by taxi. The hotel is next to the podium shopping mall, and it serves lunch and dinner. In fact, this is one of the best places to stay in Kara if you don't mind traveling by subway. Big rooms, cleaned daily. Staff that are always cheerful and helpful to guests. A delectable, extensive, open-butterfridge is included in the rate of the room. They also have a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner if you prefer to eat there. Large rooms, cleaned daily. If you prefer to shop or shop outside, the hotel restaurant is right next to it. We didn't use its spa, pool, or gym, but I've read excellent evaluations about them as well.

I had a wonderful weekend in this hotel. Despite my final-minute decision, the reception staff was really welcoming. High-quality wood, no cheap plastics, a smart room concept that feels like yours, and a soft and indirect lighting system make for an enjoyable time. Although I was staying on the city's most brutal winter days and remained at 13 degrees Celsius at night, the room heating system and constant hot water never let you down. The bathroom shower tap system is a pretty awful surprise. The daily floor maintenance crew is really accommodating and attentive to your needs. Turkey's cuisine will eventually put an extra pounds on your belly when you get home from your return trip because of the extensive breakfast choices, menu, and restaurant design. The cooks are fantastic, and the service staff are very fast. Their recommendations are prepared to your satisfaction, in fact. The restaurant team is quite adept at coping with unexpected emergencies such as delayed flights due to a snow storm and a large crowd of visitors in the lobby. The accounting office and team are very effective in responding to specific requests regarding invoices and other official financial documents required by my sponsors, and the customer representative is happy to meet you from day one until your last day in the lobby. This hotel is close to the mall, and the location is a good place with a chic look. The rooms are quite common and the food on the breakfast buffet menu is also very bad.

Hilton Sa Hotel, the location of hotel is excellent, next to the Sheraton's Hotel, close to the Kurt Complex, and close to several cafes and restaurants, the hotel is lovely on the inside, the reception from the hotel manager was fast and I thank all the hotel staff, the room is a good size, clean and you find everything the traveler needs,.

Hilton Sa Hotel, this hotel has a wonderful position, next to Sheratons Hotel, close to the Kurt complex, a few cafes, and restaurants. The hotel is lovely from the inside, and the hotel manager has a fast response, and I appreciate the entire hotel staff. The room is a good size, clean and has everything a traveler needs.
