This year, as part of our vacation, we decided to drive from drum to Istanbul. We had booked into the thermal hotel and drove from there to istanbul as loyal kervansaray customers. We had booked through the kervansaray website but when we got there, they couldnt locate our booking and told us it wasnt their website it was. Anyway, they gave us a coffee, about fifteen minutes later they resolved the issue, and we were in. The room was very nice, albeit small, and the minibar was wellstocked. The bathroom looked posh, but the bathtub leaked all over the floor while showering, and there was lots of mould. Dinner was fantastic. A small choice because it was a city hotel, but the lamb was melt in your mouth and the beef was deliciously tender. The dining room was nice, even though the chairs seem to have been used a little bit. Breakfast was unusual with pizza bread and onion rings but there was a dish of scrambled egg with tomatoes onion and chillies which was very good and the pastry selections were excellent, they had great scones, and fresh fruit. The drinks prices were surprisingly high we had expected to pay more. On the day of our checkout we took a dip in the thermal pool the pools in the lovely old building youll see in the pictures were the haram ones in the main4,4/53 Jul 2023

Pengalaman pertama saya ke Bursa, Bursa selain dikenal sebagai pusat silk ternyata juga sebagai tempat hamami turkish bath terbaik di Turki. Dan saya pikir kervansaray thermal adalah salah satu yang terbaik di Bursa. Menurut saya, hamami di hotel ini sudah ada sejak abad Pengalaman luas biasa ketika mencoba hamami disini, serasa kita ada di masa ottoman. Thanks to everyone and keep up the excellent work. This hotel, in my opinion, has to be one of the best hotels in Osmanzgazi, Burst. It has a big comfortable room, and comfortable bed, plus the helpfulness of the staff, especially for the employee. The best thing when in Burst. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel. The location of this hotel is something I adore. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity, as well as shops and a small market. The room is spotless and cozy. I have a good sleep. Breakfast is also tasty and has a variety of choices.4,4/523 Jun 2023

This hotel has a good location. Quite, and nature area. 12 am. From shopping areas, but this location has many hotel restaurants and bars if you want to have more fun. Breakfast was unusual pizza bread and onion rings were available but the scrambled eggs with tomatoes, onion and chilli are really good, as well as a selection of pastries the scones were fantastic, and fresh fruit. The drinks prices were surprising we expected to pay more. We had six beers over our twonight stay which cost ltl 13 ish. On the day of checkout we had a dip in the thermal pool the pools you see in the pictures are the haram ones in the lovely old building, not the indoor pool in the main building which was lovely and warm. I'm a south african and went to Turkey on vacation. Travel agencies arranged for us to stay at this motel. On arrival, service was excellent. We arrived late in the evening, and dinner wasn't much variety or good. This might be due to our late arrival. The staff was helpful. The lift is small, and it can accommodate 2 people with 2 I big luggage and 2 I small luggage bags. Due to the large number of people on the tour, we had a long wait for the lift. To our disgrace, the room smelled like cigarettes when we got to our room with a double bed. The shower was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The hairdryer was broken, but aircorn was blowing just warm air. Reporting the same to the manager, who dispatched a technician. We were then moved to the Jacuzzi suite. This place is highly recommended. This Vip Apart hotel is in a great position, quite clean and nice hotel. Ideal place for families and long term stays. The hotel has a large apartment and plenty of beds. The view from the last floor is breathtaking and has a lovely garden view.5,0/516 Des 2022

We appreciate how humble this location is. Think of it as a condominium rather than a typical hotel. You check into a very clean, professionally decorated apartment with a living room, kitchen, and dining area despite the absence of breakfast or daily cleaning. There are up to three rooms, one with queen beds and two with double beds. Fully equipped refrigerator and stovetop. The employees were extremely cordial and accommodating. There are also several retail establishments, eateries, and the metro stop close by. If we ever get back to burst, we will consider staying there again.4,2/59 Nov 2022

Despite the earlier evaluation posted here, we were able to locate no other affordable place to stay. Value was key to us as brothers, spouses, and children were on vacation as we were two families. We also had a van and a driver available. The hotel appears to have been charming once, but it has undergone difficult times. The woodwork and stained glass were gorgeous, and the courtyard was probably cool and beautiful in the summer. But it appeared to have fallen victim to benign neglect. The hallway carpet was a little bare, but clean. Breakfast was only served in a low-key basement room. It reminded me of many a church dining area. The stairs were lovely wood, but with occasional beams so low that my husband gave up and took the elevator every journey. Our family enjoyed the Turkish bath. It appeared to be clean and was furnished with soap, shampoo, and towels. There were few people there at the end of September, so there was no commotion. The night crew spoke a little English, but they tried to help if needed. The daytime crew had at least one English speaking and was very helpful. The price quoted us on the phone is what we paid. The motel's location is excellent, near the market and nearby eateries. The room offers a pleasant view. However, a large amount of traffic noise can be heard. The room is not soundproof and is especially noisy when ambulances are passing by. On New Year's Eve, we remained there. And it was at least anticipated that the hotel employees would welcome us with a happy new year's breakfast, which was not the case. When you picked the breakfast buffet, gloves were provided, but no one was there to make sure the guest followed them. The hotel was stylish, spotless, and equipped with all of the comforts. 2 bottles of mineral water were complimentary in our standard room. Additional board and iron are provided upon request. The bed was a touch too saggy for my back, which was my only gripe. Wifi was excellent. There were even a few drinks available at reception in the lobby. There were many delectable foods at the breakfast buffet. The beverages were fresh and delicious. Cherry juice was my personal favorite. What a wonderful service and family-focused property! We felt very at home, and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind, and they go above and above to assist in any way. We have visited more than 6 cities in Turkey in ten days, but due to the hotel, Burst remains the best. Due to the service, employee friendliness, and hotel's location, we have even extended our stay another night. Breakfast was delicious and prepared at home, and the room was contemporary and incredibly clean. The owner played and listened to our children patiently. Because of these factors, it was the first time we allowed our 2 young kids to explore the hotel. We heartily endorse the hotel, and we look forward to our next trip to Burst!.4,2/526 Okt 2022

In February 2007, my husband and I stayed at the Atlas Hotel for five nights. Our room had three beds, two twins and one double, and it was on the fourth level. There was a closet for our large suitcases, but with all the beds, there was a little room to move around. The bathroom and shower were spotless and roomy. Our room had a fridge covered. We also had access to and free internet, and the hotel provided us with an ethernet cord to connect to our laptop in our room. Turkey cold meats, rolls, butter, honey, olives, tomatoes, cheeses, and tea were the norm for breakfast. Additionally, there was usually a hot dish, such as fried bread with cheese filling, etc. Our noisy neighbor watched his television very loudly, and there is a mosque very near to the hotel, so we were woken at 6 in the morning. The majority of the visitors were businessmen, according to me. While we were at the atlas, the majority of those who were traveling with us were businessmen. Cekirge is a lovely part of burst, and is much more attractive than staying in downtown Burst, which can be incredibly busy. You will undoubtedly get a warm response. Many Turks are eager to meet foreigners, and will provide you with kindness and assistance. This is frequently what we have
